Awareness level Karmic level. Insecurity level Shadow level The situations and events that you attract in life depend on what level you are at in terms of psyche and consciousness. Consciousness can keep expanding but psyche remains more or less the same. Little changes. Awareness level - when you are at a low awareness level you allow all sorts of experiences in your life. Karmic level - when you are believing in something strongly, even a self limiting belief, your Karmic level is attracting that situation Insecurity level - when you feel insecure these insecurities also create the circumstances in your life Shadow level - when you have shadows you attract situations that force you to confront your shadows

Brainstorming

I received the news today that someone in my apartment has got infected with Covid-19. They live just a few floors down from me. I'm absolutely terrified and I suddenly began to get panic attacks. I just don't know what to do. Of course I'm locked up in my house. But the fear is overbearing. What precautions must I take to not get Covid-19 and how should I deal with this situation? I feel psychologically helpless. Any advice is appreciated.

@Michael569 is Covid easily spread through air? What I mean is that what if I'm far away from the infected person? Does that virus still survive in air. I mostly won't be in direct contact around anyone because I'm locked in my house. But I still have this fear that covid spreads through air the way regular flu spreads. I had read somewhere that covid spreads through droplets.

It's bipartisan politics. You have no other option but to choose one out of 2 candidates. The other independent parties don't matter because any votes for them are throwaway votes. I'm talking about us politics. If you're from Europe, I Dont know the political system there. But in US, you can't really achieve much by sticking to nuances. Either you choose one or the other, Dems or reps, and democrats are appearing much saner than the Republicans right now..

That's how I see the whole picture. At this point I can't waste time sitting looking at nuances. I have to pick a side and I picked the left. Because it makes more sense than the right. The right blows things out of proportion and cherry pick the left. And with how Trump reacted to the election, I'm only more and more inclined to be on the left. Sorry but the right appears more and more delusional every day with false claims of vote fraud. With a candidate like Trump, the right lost all credibility in my eyes.

Both are bad but the right is miscalculating the left. The left will never create Communism. It's like a bad Rumour. Just slander. Left only wants peace for all.

I see the psyche as a big blue light ball, and all our impurities and psyche issues that cause most of our problems are represented by the yellow orange spots over this blue sphere. With time and maturity and awareness these spots get smaller and the process of crystallization begins to set in. The psyche gets cleaned and crystallizes while those impurities are gradually cleaned out.. And you begin to see a bright blue ball with only bits of those impurities. I'll call this real mental spiritual growth. I'm also trying to focus on the role of psyche and consciousness. Psyche Consciousness Dangerous mindsets Growth oriented mindsets I think growth is a sort of a crystallization process in which we go through many things in our psyche that gradually begin to shift with greater awareness and mirror experiences. These mirror experiences show us our strengths, weaknesses, flaws and shadows. We learn from these experiences and this process continues until we crystallize into something more specific and ideal. Not perfect but at least optimal.

What the right is going to create is 100 times worse than communism and that's fascism. And fascism is more dangerous than nazism. Fascism is cancer.

Not perfect but at least optimal. So I created a fish model for spiral dynamics What I mean by this is that the main or center stage of Spiral Dynamics is stage orange. Everything else will operate from it. And other stages will be mixed in bits and pieces throughout the Orange body to create balance and equilibrium.

The right creates a fascist system similar to communism. No liberty. Yet they think it's the left that will create communism and take away freedom of speech. But in reality it's the right that decimates freedom of speech more than the left.

During the lockdown a few months ago, my apartment management had enforced a rule that no individual could leave the apartment more than once in a single day but I broke their rule and I went twice because I needed groceries. So they put a ban on whoever violated the lockdown rules. So now im not allowed to walk outside my apartment. I'm only allowed to leave by permission with a letter to the management only once per week for a limited period of time of 15 minutes within which I have to complete groceries and pharmacy and be back home. This has been enforced for all residents who violated lockdown rules of the apartment.

I've made it an important life goal that I'll never attract narcissists again in my life ever. No more narcissists in my life. I love watching Sam Vaknin. He has some interesting perspectives

I was raised by a narcissistic mother and a passive loving victim dad. And the other narcissists in my life were my siblings and 2 ex boyfriends Mr Bud and Joseph. Sam Vaknin says that narcissists can't make a distinction between reality and fantasy. I really want this theory to be tested. Joseph used to fantasize sometimes. I'm not sure, maybe Sam Vaknin, himself being a narcissist knows better.
