  1. I disagree. First of all, how is right wing opinion unpopular? It's the left opinions, the progressive opinions that find hard to catch the market. If Left Wing opinions were so popular with the masses, then Donald Trump wouldn't have become President! Most gays are left leaning. But most people aren't. That should be a clue. Most people on the left are shamed as weak and timid and the badge of socialism and communism is stamped on them even if they weren't in support of socialism.
  2. He is purposely trying to sideline you so you will think that he doesn't care about you.
  3. @Natasha yes. They always break boundaries. And they love doing that because it gives them a sense of control and power and it makes them important over those boundaries. And another is hypocrisy. If you tried to break their smallest boundary they fly in a rage because they can never take the slightest thing going against their comfort zone.
  4. One way to test a narcissist is to look for the following feeling Confusion If you feel confused around a person, most likely they are narcissists. Narcissists tend to behave in ways that leave you feeling very puzzled and confused and looking for answers and closure. This is the beginning stage of abuse. You are completely taken aback by their behavior. Then they come around and apologize and want to forget the incident that lead to the confusion. If I was laughing in the middle of a conversation with Joseph, he would suddenly stare at me very coldly and act offended leaving me feeling very confused and guilty. He wouldn't give me a clue on what pissed him off. The only option was to suffer his reaction but there was no option to discuss what went wrong. Leaving me flustered and confused and sometimes guilty over nothing. They suddenly pull the plug. They don't care to let you know. They simply react and act like a jerk out of nowhere. And you're left clueless and wondering what went wrong. Confusion is a litmus test for identifying narcissists.. This is the first set of emotions that you can experience when you begin the relationship. They give mixed signals. They act like they are not sure what they want. They keep you on eggshells yet they demand every bit of loyalty from you yet on their end they keep you feeling confused and insecure. This feeling of confusion is a very lonely foreboding feeling and often times victims feel like they had no other option but to just go with it.
  5. Two issues I don't like the idea that prisoners are having a good time. Feels like an insult. Begrudging Maybe more people will commit crime without fear because there is no deterrent.
  6. Clear foods clear me up. Great correlation.
  7. If everyone helped each other then it's definitely going to aid everyone's life in general. This is just normal science..
  8. You can change the wheel of time or destiny just a little with significant effort. Yesssss.
  9. This is how I felt when I left a narcissist. He was very pissed.
  10. @Leo Gura I want your thoughts on this. Thanks.
  11. @BornToBoil that's a valid point too. But imagine someone who is not fortunate enough to get out of that country. How are they supposed to manage if the conditions get worse with time? Eventually I feel like people suffer in large numbers in such countries. Someone has to do something about it. Some help is needed. And someone should provide that help. Also it's the most difficult places that require the most help. It's the most difficult problems that need the first attention. Because with problems there is always an upward mobility and a downward mobility. Either it gets solved or it gets worse. A problem that gets worse ends in disaster.
  12. I too get acne from diary but I still eat it.
  13. I liken the term black hole to a situation where it seems that the system is degrading and gradually progressing to total degradation and disaster. Also such a system then becomes a misery pit and it sucks in anyone who gets into this system. Thus it perpetuates the cycle of victimhood and anyone born in such a system becomes its victim. I call such a system a black hole. I think that when you simply leave countries or places or communities how they are without putting active effort to change them, maybe down the road they turn into black holes after continual neglect. So in my opinion anyone and everyone should work hard to change the conditions of the country for the better instead of waiting for time. Maybe with time things might get worse and there might be a point of no return.
  14. This is very wrong and very bad A government should be transparent in a democracy. The police is a part of the government or the State. They should not be allowed to hide their actions. What if a police officer deliberately arrests a French man and if he is innocent then it will be massive injustice to throw him in jail on falsified evidence. Utterly wrong. And I don't think French people are happy with such a law.. Police are known to be corrupt and evasive of their duties. People are known to make innocent arrests because there is always at least one bad apple in the police department. Such bad apples will get away with their actions.
  15. Lol of course or they will turn into black holes.
  16. I still wouldn't associate feelings with such things. In my mind it's very selfish and ungenerous to make such a demand. Let's say the Queen in another country wears a diamond from my country in her crown. So I'm supposed to demand it back from her? That would be very embarrassing for me to want back the diamond she wears. It would make me look selfish and very closed minded to not let her wear if she likes to wear it.. In my mind it's very immature and childish to make such demands. It's not like they are stealing the whole nation. It's only a few items at the most. That shouldn't be made into a big deal. Let's say a neighbor's kid came to my house and stole my dinner plate because he liked it so much. Now if the parents came to return the dinner plate to me, I'd tell them to keep it if their kid really likes it. It's another matter if their kid is stealing my whole house. But of course I wouldn't want to be so strict with someone who stole something out of unconsciousness. It's important to get over the past and not disrupt the relations between countries over a few stolen Artifacts. It would be very rude and closed minded to demand a country to return back items. It doesn't matter who owns them. Of course people who visit the museum already know where it belongs. As long as it is in safe hands it doesn't matter. If I were to move to another country and I have a large cabinet or sofa that I cannot move, maybe I'll leave it with my neighbor or even offer it to them for free. This is about trust. There should be a bond of trust between two countries. Demanding items back reflects Insecurity and lack of trust,as though we don't trust the country with our items. A truly generous country wouldn't show such Insecurity and lack of trust There is a certain big heartedness in saying "hey, you can keep it. Don't worry." Whereas creating a conflict over a few items shows childishness and lack of mutual trust and lack of open heartedness. I see it as children fighting over toys and saying "this is mine not yours" and the other kid saying "no its mine now." It's childish.
  17. Not necessarily. It's all about perception. Honestly if Korea took a statue from India and displayed it in their museum, I'd more than glad for such a cultural mix. To me it would represent how much they love and respect our culture that they chose to display something from our culture in their country. I'd like their stuff to be displayed in our museums. I'd see it as mutual love and respect and admiration for other cultures So even their ancestors stole something, but if they displayed it with pride in their country in their museums I'd be more than happy about it. It would be a different case if they displayed it badly or insulted it or used to mock the culture to which it belongs I don't believe so much in nationalism and national pride. Because that only creates more division. In fact if I found an Indian artifact in a Korean museum I'd be so delighted and surprised and honored that I saw my culture being represented somewhere else in the world, in contrast to finding an Indian artifact in an Indian museum. That would be boring because it's obvious that Indian museums will have Indian Artifacts, but it would be more exciting in knowing that another country is interested in our cultural history. I'm not very strict with cultural boundaries. I want cultures to love each other and mix. So I'm not going to hold any hate or resentment because some country is having my country's statues. Not at all. I see it as very ungenerous to ask a country to give items back. If they want it they can have it. It's no big deal if they love something and want to keep it with them.
  18. @Opo that's a stupid comparison. We're talking about non living objects.
  19. The law of Karma and Dharma according to me 8 laws of Karma and Dharma 1st law I describe the first law/commandment of karma and Dharma in this manner. You begin things properly and only then they will end properly also You start right and you end right. When you start wrong there is more entropy. And the ending is also a chain reaction through this entropy leading to chaos and disaster. This is dystopia. Why do we have dystopia? Because we don't start right . We already start with bad Karma. That's why everything ends in a bad way. And that if something is imbued with good intention it is the greatest truth greatest wisdom and greatest good.. But not necessarily greatest reality. Everything is Delusion good or bad To have a proper outcome the beginning should also be proper. 2nd law Quality is more important than quantity So how many kids you have, how successful you are, how many medals you win these are not important, how much money you know, these are quantitative aspects which are completely wrong. Even survival is a quantitative aspect. It's the quality of the survival which is important. The quality aspect is important. The quality of the given moment, the quality of your time spent, the quality of your mind and heart state the quality of your life these things are important. 3rd Law Good intention is both good and right One should always have good intentions. 4th Law. The greatest good is the good of all. 5th law Everything is Love. There cannot be anything greater or higher than Love. 6th Law. If the inside is good, the outside will also be good. As above so below If something is spiritually right and corrected and in tandem/alignment with spiritual principles with (there's no spiritual error or flaw or imbalance, in Hinduism the word dosha is used to represent anything that is out of order) then its material or physical Manifestation will also be equally beautiful. An example to explain this law - If your inner countenance or mental state is good, then this will also improve your physical health. 7th law Sensibility and Reality Even if you began something with good intention it's not necessary that the outcome in reality may not necessarily be good. It's important to be aware of reality. You're a good person if you have sensibility. Yet it's not necessary that reality will follow your intentions and actions. That is sensibility and reality (the outcome of reality) can clash. Be prepared for understanding and grasping reality and understand that the expectation that the outcome should also be good just because you had good intentions is a false expectation. 8th law A true spiritualist is someone who does his Dharma(life purpose and duty) and Karma A true Spiritualist is a hero of his own destiny. His life is a hero's journey to fulfill both Karma and Dharma. Dharma means he does his duties, obligations, responsibilities and life purpose. His life purpose is to show the world how to live rightfully. He does good acts in the world to create good, order, love and peace. He reflects God or Godliness through his actions. This is Dharma or the greatest life purpose, nothing but to create good and be a hero Karma means he has a clean slate. He harms none. He has nothing to hide and he is genuine, sincere and honest in his spirit. He does nothing wrong or sinful or destructive. His karma is a clean slate. He commits no sin no crime no harm and keeps his heart innocent and blemish free. He is courageous and a Braveheart because he has nothing to hide and has done nothing wrong. A clear conscience to show to God on day of judgement. Karma also means that he has always embraced the principles of Truth and Righteousness at every point in his life.
  20. @UNZARI you should first try to argue with him and talk back. Fight hard to let him know that you won't tolerate. This is one way of signaling the abusive person that their behavior has been recognized and will not be tolerated. But if the person continues with verbal abuse and yelling then they are trying to break all boundaries and don't care what you think. At this stage you need to tell him to leave you alone. The last option is to go stay in your room and shut the door and not have any communication or go out for some time till the abusive person leaves and then come back home. The long term solution is to move out. But the short term solution it to use tactics and strategies to avoid the abuser and minimize the impact of the abuse and minimize interactions with the abuser. Abusive Personalities are very hard to deal with and they are completely toxic. Trying to compromise with them is of no use because they continue the same behavior despite your Politeness. They need to be punished by leaving them and by cutting off communication with them. Most abusive personalities don't change at all and continue such behavior for the rest of their life.
  21. @UNZARI you're welcome Have a wonderful weekend
  22. I understand that they were stolen. But what's the big deal even if they were stolen? It's not like they are sold to someone who is breaking or destroying them. At least they're safe.
  23. @Keyhole I'll notify you when I get more. They are all in que.. I need some more time to post all of them. But right now I'm running some errands and will find some time later I'll be back.
