The real problem here is not immigration but integration and integration can only happen after generations of mixing.

Immigration always helps a country grow and get enriched. I never understood the idea of restricting people from coming to a place. That sounds very unwelcoming especially for places with wealth and resources. Give a chance to those who could not have better lives in their countries because of their bad political regimes and authoritarian governments. Those people probably don't have much option than to relocate. Not many people immigrate, in fact most people don't have the courage to move to another country. So people who want to move across borders need help and support. Saying phrases like "go back to your country" really hurts global unity. The whole anti immigration sentiment is just beyond me. How heartless.

He is not insane. He is just experimenting and going through a deep spiritual process. I watched his videos and I've to say he is 1000 times better than me.

During my psychedelic experiences I had similar feelings and visions,. Mine was mostly seeing a lot of fractals and some distortions. I suffered derealizations and felt like I was leaving my own body through my extremities. The body felt like a prison and reality felt like a mask placed on a matrix. Life looked infinite, there was no presence of time and people looked one, a single entity being divided into so many units.. At some point there was fear, at some point it was blissful like the cosmos is all nothingness. It felt like liberation but it wouldn't last long.

HPPD happened to me but just mild symptoms. This happened to me last year when I was on a trip with my boyfriend. It lasted long after the trips. I'd get flashbacks and perception changes. It almost felt real alterations in colors and shapes. But I went for a short therapy after that. And decreased the dose of the substance for a few months. Now it's much better and happens only rarely. One thing - when you are feeling it, you shouldn't be on SSRIs.
