But you are already experiencing the outcome of unlimited power: your current experience in THIS present moment is a result of that. Denying the divinity and miraculous mystery of the present moment as it is RIGHT NOW, well, that is the ego's doing. Don't get attached to the *idea*/*belief* of "I am God". You have always been God, and always will be God. You feel helpless. Well. Take care of your ego's needs. Don't be in denial. Accept your shadow side (ego). Deep down, your ego wants to fall in love with life, it wants to pursue something, it wants to achieve something, it wants love, it wants to be recognized for being 'good'. Accept this and start to take action to meet your ego's needs. Denying ego is the most egoic thing to do and the ego's sneakiest deception-trick. It hides itself in disguise in form of the idea "I am God", and then it believes "well, that's it, nothing more to do", ... but, this doesn't work out, because deep down, you don't actually believe you are God, it doesn't feel like it at least (feeling helpless, right), and in actuality, what your inner child wants is to go out in the world and participate in it. Find a way to participate in it that gives you joy. Do good things to your mind and body, find something you're passionate about, take risks, put yourself out there and see what happens. Don't be afraid, as you say, it's all just Perfect Maya anyway -- there's no reason to live in fear. Make discipline and work-ethic some of your top priorities. You have to do the hard thing, you have to suffer, to taste the goodness. Yes, life may be a hamster wheel without any deeper purpose other than life itself. But: you got no choice but to embrace it. You are free to create your own purpose. To me, it sounds like you are deep down afraid of life: a deeply obscured belief of 'I am not good enough'.... and instead of getting to the bottom of this by taking action, you sort of obscure it all by saying to yourself "Oh, it's all Perfect. There is no reason to do anything", which isn't *actually true* if you don't feel like everything is perfect. LIsten to your inner child. It wants to achieve. It wants to evolve. It wants to participate. It wants craziness. Dare to be crazy. Dare to set your foot in the world and make your unique mark. Integrate the spiritual with the physical. Don't deny the physical. If you do, you are stuck in duality. After all: the physical is spiritual. The spiritual is physical. Don't make the mistake of replacing direct experience with concepts. Concepts and thoughts are fine and all, if they serve to do conscious actions. If you just wander around in concepts and thoughts forever without actually directly experiencing anything those thoughts and concepts points to, then suffering will catch up with you. -

It is all illusion, play, maya. Everything that happens may be Good, Perfect, Love. But... this is from the Highest Perspective. From the Human Perspective, life, reality is serious business filled with dualities: heroin is bad for you, carrots are good. Being alone, isolated is bad. Socializing is good. Having no purpose is bad. Having a purpose is good. Etc. No matter how high your consciousness get, no matter the peaks of infinite understanding you have climbed to, you are still bound by survival mechanics as long as you are a human being. You need sleep, exercise, food, friends, purpose, otherwise you will feel bad. All language and thought systems are ultimately based on the axioms of survival. You must survive. You have to accept survival. You are a survival machine. Everyone are. Some are just more sophistacted than others, but survival machines we all are. Now, why have I/You -- as God -- created reailty in such a way that it feels like I am not God, but a separate self programmed to survive? Well that's a good question. Probably for the thrill of it, creation. I cannot create without making distinctions, without creating dualities, without fragmenting myself up. Everything serves a purpose. You shouldn't be good. That's a choice you have to make. Make some choices, you have to -- you are always making choices whether you're conscious of it or not. -

Psychedelics are tools. You can hammer a nail into a wall with your bare hands, but it will take some time. Or you can use a hammer. You can remove the veil of separateness with meditation alone -- it'll take time -- or you can use a psychedelic. Both perhaps.

The question depends on the context. Do I have free will as the false self, the separate human being I imagine myself to be? Obviously not. Do I have free will as the true self, God? Obviously. You have infinite free will. Your will is so infinite and so free that you are even capable of imagining yourself to be a "poor-little-me" stuck in a human body. -

Can you explain 'the biology of an ant' without taking into consideration the environment in which the ant is situated? Can you explain the biology of a human being without taking into consideration its environment? Can you have 'life' -- conscious beings -- without 'environment' ? Can you have environment without life/conscious beings?? Can you have 'self' without 'other' ? -

You should be good to others, because these "others" are just as much you as the "me inside this body" you believe you are. Of course it takes a lot of consciousness work to realize Oneness, i.e. that there is only one Self, which is what you are, and which is what everything and everyone else is too. This 'Self' is equal to Nothingness, Consciousness, God, Love, etc :> The 'I' you think you are, i.e. a separate self stuck in a body, experiencing an outside material world: that is illusion. You aren't stuck in a body. You are absolutely nothing, thus everything, imagining everything from nothing, including "yourself" and "others". -
WaveInTheOcean replied to Kalki Avatar's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
It's not that I disagree. Of course, you can always become more conscious. Of course, there are infinite nuances and levels of consciousness. But isn't 'consciousness' and 'the present moment' synonymous for the same 'no-thing' ? I'd say that 'being deeply conscious of reality' and 'having surrendered to the present moment' are two ways of saying the same. To be deeply conscious of reality is to have surrendered to the present moment, and vice versa. What is reality? What is the present moment? Well, this takes consciousness -- or surrendering/transcendence of ego -- to grasp. It can't be communicated with words; only pointed to by them. As a matter of fact, the mere phrasing 'surrendering to the present moment'; it only really makes sense to those who have done it. To a guy who lives in and by ego, totally, the notion is fantasy. "What is there to surrender?" he will ask. Consciousness = Surrender = Liberation = Freedom from suffering = Transcended ego You are contradicting yourself here, Leo, because I know for a fact that you have a dream of being in a "state of God-consciousness" (5-MeO/DMT-like) 24/7. So in that sense you are searching for a specific permanent condition, although you may 'externally' have given up on it as of late. Of course, the search itself is probably the reason it ain't already the case; God's favorite game in town: hide'n'seek. Bullshit Of course, it makes a difference to your ego how long it lasts (the longer the better), and you like expanding your consciousness because it makes you feel powerful. In the end, the only difference between a stage orange guy desiring power and money, and a stage turquiouse guy desiring consciousness, is that the latter is a higher level game. But both are games, both please the ego. It's just a matter of how transcended the ego is, how surrendered it is, how conscious it is. The more conscious a ego becomes, the more it values consciousness in itself. Ego is always the case, cos God = Ego. You can't eradicate ego, because eradicating it would mean eradicating God. Like if you tried to eradicate all evil in the world, what would happen? More evil would come! Does a blind-born-man know what darkness is? No, cos he has never has experienced not-darkness, so naturally he has no clue what darkness is. In the same way, if you *could* eradicate ego, it would mean eradicating God, which of course isn't possible. It's just a matter of how sophiscated a game you are playing. The most sophisticated game is the meta-game of not-playing the game Yes, I can be more conscious than I currently am. But what do we mean when we say 'I' - who or what is actually becoming more conscious? God of course. Or even if we accept 'the separate self' , the 'I', as a real thing, then it's not its doing. Either you are already completely free and and in-control, consciousness itself, OR, you are a puppet being moved around by consciousness. Consciousness = God -

"But it's true that in some bodies the Self is more awake than others." That's not true. I'm not saying it's incorrect either Im just saying this is word games The Self is naturally awake at all times. If it's from some pov asleep, i.e. you view yourself or Trump or whoever to be asleep, then that's just your point of view. Ultimately speaking everything and everyone are Perfectness, The Self unfolding its infinite imagination to itself to infinity in infinite ways. -

Understanding is always limited and relative. I'm not saying that understanding can't be improved or that understanding isn't good. Understanding is fucking amazing. But you cannot eat the menu. -
WaveInTheOcean replied to Kalki Avatar's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
Well, everyone are already in the present moment. The present moment, the now, is all there is. Being in it -- we all are. I'm talking about surrendering to it. But sure, in order to surrender to it, you have to become loving/conscious enough of yourself -- your ego -- so you can transcend all your selfish survival-ideas and merge with your true self, God. The paradox of this 'complete surrendering' is that -- in the end -- this includes transcending the idea that 'one could ever become more or less conscious'. This idea of 'degrees of consciousness' is a useful tool pre-awakening. But in the end, even that idea has to be transcended. It is relatively true that person X is more conscious then person Y, but absolutely speakning, nothing we can write or think with words is true. As long as you believe that you yourself or anyone could ever be more or less conscious, you will keep chasing yourself, never being Being itself and resting in Being. What I'm saying is that enlightenment to me is a complete freedom (cos one has given up his/her freedom), complete free expression (no resistance to anything), complete control (cos one has given up control), complete knowledge of Oneness (sees that everything is The Self or 'I'). A basic state of unity, seeing yourself in everything, seeing all events, all things as one Infinite Eternal Happening that is manifested by one's own Divine Will as that Infinite Happening itself. I may not know how to shine The Sun or how to beat the heart, but that doesn't mean it's not something I do. I do it unconsciously of course - just as I some times (quite often) breathe unconsciously. To be infinitely conscious is to be infinitely unconscious, don't you see? It's concept, man, just as everything I write is. It's just pointers. If you believe you can become more conscious, of course you can. Spiral Dynamics, Levels of Consciousness, etc. ... But it's a game. A game of duality. Might be useful though, sure. Just as Einstein's General Relativey is useful. But what is useful and not-useful is an opinion of ego. I'm not incarnated as a living being/human person. I'm imagining that I'm living as a living being/human person. It's a game of mine as God. I dig it quite a lot. The sour with the sweet, the sweet with the sour. How could I know what's sweet, if I don't know what's sour? How could I know what infinity is, if I don't know what finity is? To believe (blindly) in states is to be asleep. Believing in states as a relative idea, as a concept-game, can have its uses within the dreamscape, sure, but it's just that: belief. Believing in it dogmatically/unconsciously will make your "subjective" stream-of-experience be (feel like) an apparent experience of separateness and division; as opposed to an experience of wholeness, interconnectedness, unity, love and infinite mystery. I don't exist in any body. I can think and speak from the-perspective-of-a-body, and I get so-called sensory inputs through one, but I don't exist inside any body. I exist nowhere, thus everywhere. I am nowhere. You believing ' I am here ' is exactly that: belief. In actuality You/I are nowhere; We aren't any thing and we have no location. Again, awake vs. asleep ('degrees of consciousness'): It is - perhaps - the final duality you have to transcend if you want to awake Oh, the paradox of all paradoxes, the strange loop of all strange loops ... hehe love you! <3 -

There are no persons. Or ofc "there is" if you are imagining persons to exist, but still, try to ask yourself this: What is a person? Like really, what is it? -
WaveInTheOcean replied to Kalki Avatar's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
To differentiate between 'The Godhead itself' / 'formless infinite consciousness' on the one hand, and then "something else" on the other, e.g. 'yourself running around in your house eating blueberry smoothie', is precisely dualism. You running around in your house eating blue berry smoothie is formless infinite consciousness. This is a fine pointer, but still concept (like everything we can think/say with words). We can't eat the menu. Enneagram type 5's primary ego-temptation: replacing direct experience with concepts. There are no rocks, no ants, no children, no adults. God-consciousness is what is. Every state is natural; every state is a state of God. There are no other states than the state of God. Nahm hit the nail on the head here: --- To insist on this slicing up of Reality/Oneness into parts keeps you stuck in duality. I understand; your job is basically to make fine distinctions when you present new material in your brilliant youtube videos. But every so-called 'person' is absolutely nothing other than yourself: nothingness, God, infinite formless consciousness. And what is there to be conscious of? God, Oneness, Nothingness. Infinite Love/Consciousness/Imagination you say, but how do you know that *ANY* so-called 'person' isn't COMPLETELY conscious of 'It' already but just plays on? Pretends? Like a great actor really immersed in his or her role? Consciousness goes deep cos it's infinite. But enlightenment isn't an accumulation or collection of far out (to humans) crazy trips into consciousness/mystical states/psychedelic trances. Enlightenment is 'merely' a complete surrender (complete let-go), beyond mind, beyond ego, beyond thinking, beyond judgements, to Reality as it is without concepts on top of it - without ideas or thoughts thoughts about it, Now. Of course there can still be lots of thinking, there can still be lots story-making (such as the idea of 'degrees of wokeness'), but if you don't see that any thought, any idea, any concept, any story is just that: concept, fun play, story-making (absolutely speaking: nothing!), well, then you are still stuck in duality. Enlightenment is looking at everything -- including all your so-called 'own' thoughts/ideas, as well as 'other's' thoughts/ideas -- and smiling on the inside, knowing (*feeling*) deeply that it is all absolutely Divine Perfection unfolding, no matter "what it is". A simultaneous complete immersion into & complete detachment from experience. If you go around still making judgements about reality that you deeply believe to be true, such as "I am not enlightened", "I am enlightened", "I am x or y" , "I am not x or y" , "x or y is not enlightened", "I still need x or y", etc., it is because you are caught in the hamsterwheel of duality; or should I say, you are caught because you are making those judgements. How to get out of this strange loop? Trying to stop making judgements is in itself a judgement of oneself: "I am making judgements, gosh I have to stop!" Don't try. Take yourself 50% less serious, smile, love, let go, let be. -

Human people are his imagination. God doesn't love. God IS love. Rape is bad. Very bad. Utterly evil act, ... yet if anyone does it, it is of course still God's imagination, and it is happening cos of Love, or cos of God. And if anyone who does it, we will lovingly hunt them down and put them into prison with all our love.
