@John Iverson There is no shortcut to the life purpose, you cant just ask people to figure it out for you, you have to do the exercises the course has a 100 30 min videos, just buy it.

Ask yourself; What is the long term consequence of eating junk food? Really make sure that the so called negative aspects get dug into your subconscious and the positive aspects of not doing it too. Use awareness everytime you are about to eat something greasy, that usually turns you off pretty fast, just stay as aware as possible, and dont store junkfood in your home. Be mindful of all your excuses, the mind is tricky, it will say things like ”oh ive been so good, i deserve a big cheeseburger” dont listen! Good luck! Im here to support

@Ether I use Record Union but you can also use Spinnup although they took too long to release my songs so I cancelled my deal with them.

@Ether You dont need a deal for Spotify, my stuff is on there, you need a distributor and your songs have to be mastered but you dont need a record label
