    Does anyone here feel any immediate effects from taking Ashwagandha, I took a capsule a few hours ago. I do feel a bit calmer and happier but I dont know if its just placebo since Ive read thats a long term effect...

Im not sure If I close my eyes my thoughts are secondary to ”me”... and me is not really anything... just awareness... I think...
