The problem with saying meat is the cause of cardiovascular disease is that these studies are measuring the SAD and do not account for the quality of meat people eat. In addition, it is correlation, not causal. That's the problem with studying nutrition, it is correlated data. The studies people have done on tribes like Mossai and Eskimos find that they are healthy and thriving individuals despite eating raw meat, so it is not dangerous if practiced correctly. Yes I am biased, towards having a varied diet. I am ethnically Mediterranean, so I eat that kind of diet, generally. The reason why I speak on the topic is because I went through a vegan phase when "what the health" came out. I don't want to say I know the truth about diet, but I post to disrupt the echo chamber on here. Some vegans go on to say, that "it is best most optimal diet for everyone!", that is delusion to me. Or "Raw vegan is the best!" Well I personally know someone who can't eat raw vegetables (they have Crohn's) because it is too fibrous. I also posted that video to show how natural it is to eat animals. It is nature. @Scholar Okay, that's not how classification works, I can accept that since I am not a biologist. However, it certainly disproves the paradigm of herbivores are meant to eat this or that, when in reality they eat whatever they want which includes meat. I like how you talk about evolution. Science says that early hominids who ate meat, shortened their gut size and increased their brain power, through hunting and eating meat. As you know, meat is more caloric than plants for its size. https://time.com/4252373/meat-eating-veganism-evolution/ https://news.harvard.edu/gazette/story/2008/04/eating-meat-led-to-smaller-stomachs-bigger-brains/ Meat is intertwined with humanities growth.

Would you say that evil and sinning exists from a relative perspective? Perhaps we sin to realize the pain and anguish only to stop sinning to maximize a higher form of love? -
Let go of how you feel about sv3rige because he was not even in the video. It is just a compilation of nature doing its thing. In addition, those animals did not appear to be starving and there were plenty of plants around to forage from. at minute 1:30, a deer is surrounded by grass, but chose to eat a mouse. Yes that link, analyzes the recent studies done on eskimos and proposes that these recent studies are not valid because they do not capture the original diet of the Eskimos, so the conclusion that their original diet is causing cardiovascular disease is unfounded. Have you looked into Weston Price research who found that many indigenous cultures had excellent health, tall statures, and great teeth (no cavities)?

Jesus and non-duality are the same thing. Jesus is just the map or representation of what that means as a human being. We gotta understand the history of the Bible to really get what it is doing. Who is the target audience, what are higher level messages, etc. Christian mysticism focuses deeply on non-duality and has similar practices to buddhism. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hesychasm. Early christians were monks who spent time in stillness, silence, and used the Bible as a form of mantra to reach the Godhead. I also think people constantly misrepresent Jesus. He actually invites us to be one with the God in the same he is one with God, this can be seen in the gospel of John, I believe. ----- There is also convincing evidence that early Christians, including Jesus used psychedelics (See the gospel of Thomas & Psychedelics gospels) -
@Scholar https://www.cardiobrief.org/2016/07/29/changes-in-eskimo-diet-linked-to-increase-in-heart-disease/ ------ From what I notice, a lot of the vegans on the forums are respectful, but biased. Anybody who is skimming through this thread needs to research both sides of the argument. If raw vegan was an excellent diet than many people would be thriving on it, but if I go on YouTube, I can find a multitude of people look pale, sick, weak, and malnourished. Fruits lack a bunch of necessary nutrients to survive; although they are great source of other nutrients like antioxidants and vitamin C. The whole idea that people do not eat meat raw is ridiculous since it practiced by a multitude of cultures and the people who do it are healthy! The reason why the Mossai tribe or eskimos could have a high mortality rates, besides the introduction of refined carbs, is due to lack of healthcare and it does not account of high rate of death in child births. All animals are omnivores and eat meat.

Make sure you are taking vitamin D! -
@ajasatya is correct. You gotta learn how to kindle the original passion as a male and make sure you are staying aware of how the masculine and feminine dynamics is being played out in your relationship long-term. You gotta find someone that speaks to your mind, heart, and sexuality.

Found a new resource! Philokalia is apparently one of the best resources on Christian Mysticism. https://www.amazon.com/Philokalia-Complete-Text-Ser-Three/dp/B000KBLIKA/ref=sr_1_1?keywords=philokalia&qid=1579633632&sr=8-1 There's 4 volumes, but I will be ordering the volumes one at a time. The description reads "A collection of texts written in Greek between the fourth and 15th centuries by spiritual masters of the Orthodox tradition. Compiled in the 18th century and first published in Venice in 1782, it has had a profound influence on the spiritual life of the Eastern Churches"

There are other sources too: Aajonous Vonderplanitz Dr. Natasha Campbell-Mcbride- look at her GAPS diet. Weston Price and his foundation. The German Nutrition Society is also hesitant of the diet (https://www.npr.org/sections/thesalt/2016/09/12/492433069/can-a-vegan-diet-give-you-all-you-need-german-nutritionists-say-nein) Not to mention, there is scientific evidence that Fish is healthy. Meat is healthy because it has nutrients like creatine, zinc, iron, and b12. Organs like chicken liver have real vitamin A. In addition, there was many people who went vegan who did not go raw and it still did not work for them. People who went vegan for 7 years! tried everything, it still did not work for them.

If you want to hear the anti-vegan message, look up Bobby's perspective, Sv3rige and ex-vegan videos. I think it's possible to maintain life on a vegan diet but you will have to supplement and be vigilant of your zinc and iron levels. I personally do not think there is enough evidence that it is a safe diet in the long-term. Scientifically speaking, the Mediterranean and the Japanese people practices the healthiest diets. Both of these cultures eat fish, eggs, and some meat.

I also want to recommend Tony Robbin's work dude. I recently started reading "awaken the giant within" and it has been changing my mindset tremendously, very powerful book if you put the time to do the exercises he suggests. -

Doesn't sound like it helps improve one's life or consciousness honestly. I heard associates talk about Kratom during my time in graduate school, but after some research, it sounded like a cheap opioid. And I feel that anyone ingesting opioids besides for legitimate pain management is asking for trouble. At the very least, one would be inviting laziness and lethargy into their life. I would not want that for myself. -

I think depression comes from holding on the past events and limiting beliefs about ourselves. So to break free from depression, you have to literally be re-born in the present moment, free of any ideas or boxes you might've placed yourself into. Then having a vision of what you want out of yourself is a great way to get yourself to start moving somewhere and feeling good about it. Mushrooms are not drugs in the traditional (hedonism and addiction) sense at all, which is why it is disservice to even use that label. They are more like medicine. -
No one has asked the question of how negative emotions are stored within an animal? Are the good emotions of their life time not stored there too? I think a lot of the dislike on pork meat came from religious traditions "https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Religious_restrictions_on_the_consumption_of_pork" which I believe is inspired by lack of cleanliness of the time. In my opinion, it's nonsense. If you cook pork meat, it's okay to eat. My ancestry is mediterranean and we eat pork occasionally in our culture. I never felt any different than if I ate other kinds of meat.

I am not sure if you can "master" them, you can certainly master surrendering to them haha. what you are describing to me, is becoming a shaman. To master them, you'd have to read about them and then have plenty of experiences with them. There are various kinds and they all have a different flavor to them too. I'd definitely make it a goal to have an authentic ayahuasca retreat or something.

Honestly, this feud turned me off to Warren significantly. I thought the way she handled the situation was ugly.

In the dream, I felt like I existed after being shot! I felt like I experienced death. It was definitely just as stunning as other spiritual experiences I've had . -
I've probably been watching since 2014-2015 I find Leo to be inspiring and great energy to have around for myself even when I passively listen. The videos are motivating as well, even to this day like that get out of wage slavery video ha!
-
I don't know guys. We do not know Leo the way we know ourselves. We watch his videos and yeah his personality leaks, but Leo has a private life and could greatly be grateful for it. And I have to agree with his core message of getting us to experience spirituality directly.

That's wild. One time I dreamt that I got shot in the head and I felt blood leaking from the wound. Next thing you know I'm like floating above my body looking at myself. Dream are wild! -
Create your own culture! I'd say it's almost impossible to not be in a culture unless you live by yourself. And even then you are living with your own inner-culture.

It depends on what experts you listen to. The reality is, all animals eat meat (even classified herbivores). There is nutritional value in meat and Humans have been eating meat since the beginning. Meat has been proposed to have helped humans along the evolutionary scale by being calorically dense food and something to hunt. For Mikhail? I'd say there are no downsides, given her complaints before she went on her diet. It sounds like her diet is a blessing.

Do not go vegan. Eat Whole Foods which means vegetables, seeds, nuts, beans, fruits, meat, fish, and eggs. Dairy if you're body can tolerate it. But do not buy cheap dairy. Buy grass-fed or pasture raised butter, milk, yogurt. WATCH for added sugar, you want Plain yogurt. All the foods you mentioned are highly processed, could be filled with high fructose corn syrup, could be non-organic (which means it is higher levels of pesticides) The main message is eat Whole Foods that are not processed and your great grandparents could recognize.

Its both. -
haha yes he does say that. It would certainly mindfuck me to think of Truth as just a color, but then I'd consider maybe I underestimate what the color red or pink was! lol I think the God vibe is not far off. Life is one huge wave happening all at once!
