There is a sort of happiness you can have by being a Nazi, a terrorist, or a religious fanatic who is fully committed to his depraved mission. Happiness is a very individualized thing. Don't generalize about it too much. There can be huge variability in happiness within any group of people regardless of their development level or even spiritual work. You can have a terrorist who is happier than a Buddhist monk. You can't just assume someone is happy because they fit into some group or category.

There is an inversion in American governance where the minority is ruling the majority. This is the fundamental problem right now. Democracy is not functioning properly when a small vocal ideological minority gets to overrule majority opinion.

Calm down. This is not fascism. There is a silver lining to this. The overturning of Roe will be a wake up moment for many liberally minded people. Abortion has something like an 80% approval rating. As the American right-wing shows its true colors on actual policy, that should turn a lot of voters off from the right-wing. The problem right now is that many voters believe that the left wing and right wing are equally bad. This fallacy can only hold as long as the right wing doesn't enact any major policy. Once the policies start to change, people will realize that the left and right are not equally bad. Right-wing policies are self-correcting because they are usually awful.

Obviously IQ is an extremely narrow measure of intelligence. Actual intelligence is a much broader and deeper thing.

Because to acquire that billion you will have to behave in toxic and dysfunctional ways which will seem repugnant to you once you're highly conscious. That billion will not be worth the debasement of consciousness which will be necessary to acquire it.

Permanence/irreversibility is not inherent to awakening. Defining it as such leads to mistakes and problems.

Acquiring power requires desiring power. The most conscious people have no desire for power. The same applies to the highest levels of wealth and sex.

Justice can take a while to boomerang. Be patient.

That's a legit awakening, although you could go much deeper in the future. You still haven't realized you are God. And many other facets are missing. Don't doubt yourself and keep going deeper. You are getting close to some epic awakenings. Yes, you will doubt yourself when you sober up because you lose that awakened state, and awakening is a state. You have to remind yourself that your sober state is a dream state and doubt is just part of the dream.
