The real danger is giving the President blanket immunity, especially Trump. That is insane and antithetical to the Consitutional intent of the founders. That this is even being debated is insane. You are debating for corruption. If the President steals a bag of potato chips from Walmart he should be put in prison. That is what's right. If your president cannot clear that bar of conduct, tough shit.

No I don't. I look at hype cycles and overvalued markets and exit beforehand. My #1 concern is to not get caught up in a hype cycle and not to buy overvalued or peaking assets like Nvidia.

Yes, the corruption of the courts is really bad and it will get 5x worse if Trump is reelected. It is insanity that Americans are sitting by and are too ignorant to understand what is happening and just letting the courts get corrupted. The corruption of the courts alone is enough to make Trump a pernicious danger. But that is just one of a dozen of his domains of corruption.

Keep in mind that the markets right now are overheated and due for a crash. And if this happens, Bitcoin will be the first to crash as everyone pulls out of speculative investments. The problem for crypto-optimists is that crypto has been the first to crash when markets crash, and crypto does not perform well when inflation is high. This contradicts the whole crypto hype narrative. Crypto doesn't do what it is said to do. I expect a market crash within a year or two and crypto will crash right beforehand. If you buy today's hype like a fool you will be beaten over the head with a club. Money ain't free. The beating is about to come.

No he hasn't. I follow the news every day and I have no idea what Biden's vision is for the next 4 years. Zero. He is too old and weak to deliver a vision. I am not excited for the next 4 years, I am only hoping to avert a Trump disaster. But this is not enough to entice most voters.

I didn't think it was a real possibility until I saw Project 2025. Now it is a real possibility. Not 100%, but something like 20-30% chance, which is deeply concerning if you think about it seriously. The biggest problem here is that most Americans are not taking it seriously, they regard Trump as a clown who is no worse than Biden. This kind of attitude is a recipe for disaster. People are really under-informed and aren't thinking straight. This is a very dangerous situation. All the fundamentals are bad. America has finally become so corrupt and so morally debased by capitalism that bad things must happen. Nobody is being an adult and taking serious responsibilty over the fundamentals. People are acting like egotistical ignorant children. That cannot end well.

It doesn't need to. Trump's strategy is to drive out a fired up base vs Biden whose base is flacid and divided. This is a battle of which side is more passionate and enthusiastic. Biden has given his base nothing to be excited about, which is a deadly mistake. This is a time when the left needed to be united and fired up.

What I said is a matter of public record and well-documented. We have records, witnesses, and phone calls of Trump and his lackeys trying to prevent a transition of power to Biden. The Jan 6 riot was not an spontaneous accident, it was carefully planned out by Trump and his MAGA political operatives. We have several MAGA people convicted and imprisoned for SEDITION! You just don't follow the news closely enough. You don't appreciate how bad the Trump alterative would be. Biden has been quite decent overall.

It all boils down to selfishness. Musk is so selfish he isn't even aware of his selfisness, he thinks he's doing us a favor. He thinks of himself as a good guy fighting evil woke Communists who want to depopulate the planet, turn his children trans, and bankrupt his companies.

That's certainly possible. I expect him to put his finger on the scale in whatever way he can because that's Musk's whole life philosophy. People were crying about the old Twitter for censorship but the reality is that Twitter is now run to serve one dude's ego. That's corruption in a nutshell. To actually defend free speech Musk would have to lay down his massive ego and allow an equal chance for others to speak, which he will never do. Which is why individuals should not be allowed to own entire media platforms. It's a complete bastardization of democractic values.
