  1. When you're just starting off, simply replacing limiting beliefs for empowering ones is very useful. You gotta bootstrap the development process by whatever means available. It depends on how developed you are. If you're a total newbie victim who can't get out of bed in the morning from depression, then don't worry about the limits of empowering beliefs. You're not at the point where that is significant yet.
  2. No, schizophrenia is physiological and chemical. Not merely over-thinking. I've read that schizophrenics have more 5-meo-DMT in their blood than normal people. Although I doubt that's the only difference. Their brain physiology is different. Which is not to say it cannot be changed. The brain is quite plastic with lots of room for development. My last mushroom trip felt like I went totally insane. So I can relate with insanity a bit now (I think). Although it didn't feel like just a bunch of random voices in my head. It was more like I felt I was disconnected from all human beings and no one would ever understand anything I knew because I stopped believing in consensus reality. Interesting video.
  3. Spirituality isn't for pussies. No matter which spiritual path you take, your ass will take a serious beating. So get used to it. Par for the course. When you start to see demons and start going insane, check out my Dark Side Of Meditation video to calm yourself down But you got many hundreds if not thousands of hours of practice to go until then. Kriya yoga techniques are supposed to be more gentle in releasing the Kundalini than some others. Not sure which techniques you're using. Kundalini practice is usually done with a guru to assist. Although I think Kriya should be fine to do solo.
  4. No, don't use "See tree" or "See Thought". Just use "See". Simple is the point. There are in fact no trees or thoughts. Those are all concepts. You've never really seen a "tree" in your life. You'll start to discover that after a few 100 hours of using the technique.

  6. @Don_Avocado Good, but there's deeper to go! Your mind hasn't been utterly blown yet. Doesn't sounds like you've experienced God yet You've merely glimpsed one of God's nose hairs. Absolute Infinity awaits!
  7. I have chosen my one thing: consciousness/Truth, and I'm working to master it.
  8. @Xpansion I never claim to be a master of anything. I'm just a guy sharing my research and insights with you.
  9. @Juan Cruz Giusto Cause they are mere scraps compared to the revelations of higher consciousness. It's like I'm skipping the McDonalds and going straight to the most expensive steakhouse in town. Meanwhile you're obsessed with going to the nearest McDonalds McDonalds will NEVER fulfill you. But it will take many trips there before you realize that.
  10. @Xpansion I actually have been following my own advice over the last 4 years. I've selected my domain of mastery: personal development, and I'm working within it with quite a lot of focus. To some this might appear like a very broad, unfocused specialization, but actually it's not. I would say that 90% of my entire life right now is focused on it, even to the exclusion of things like making money, fitness, sex, relationships, family, etc. And I'm becoming more and more specialized within this domain as I hone my core values deeper and deeper. I'm becoming more and more focused on researching and exploring consciousness and existential Truth. My older videos from 2 years ago are much boarder than today. And this will probably continue. Also keep in mind that I sometimes shoot broader videos for you guys, because not everyone can relate to esoteric topics, and it helps "lure" folks into the deeper work. You might start by watching a video like "How To Be Funny", and then hopefully dive deeper and discover a possibility like enlightenment which you would never have otherwise been interested in. You can think of Actualized.org as a trojan horse for enlightenment work Imagine you're driving down the road and see a big billboard for a brothel with sexy images of girls, then you walk in, some sexy girls lure you in deeper, and once you're all the way inside you find out it's really a Mormon church! But now it's too late! And the girls were just a mirage
  11. This thread is being locked. Here's why: No. There will be no spiritual warfare here. It's juvenile and unproductive. I have no interest in engaging in it, nor do I have any interest in moderating such debates. I have no problem with anyone who wants to constructively discuss nonduality, but not for purposes of debate or self-promotion. You can do that somewhere else. Please keep in mind that the ultimate form of nonduality doesn't nitpick and fight with duality or other methods of nonduality, but comfortably includes all and understands the diversity and challenges of any teaching that tries to get across something so challenging, nuanced, and ethereal. I encourage anyone who is a student of nonduality and really cares about truth, to not make this about anyone or anything but yourself. Turn inward and explore your own behaviors, your own consciousness, your own projections, your own ego. A huge trap in this work is making it about personalities, sects, philosophy, rivalry, taking sides, questioning other's motives, name-dropping, etc. Resist that urge and seek to understand the full picture of what's going on. I don't exclude myself from this advice. Stay open and do not make this journey ideological. There are MANY valid and diverse forms of nondual practice and theory. No one form is suitable for all people.
  12. SSRIs are very dangerous with psychedelics, especially 5-meo. So be careful. Do not do pyschedelics if you're taking any kind of psychological meds.
  13. @Denis I have no idea.
  14. @Don_Avocado Yes, very light sniffing. You don't want to snort it too deep.
  15. @Rali Altered states of consciousness do matter. There is more to life than enlightenment. And there is more to enlightenment than enlightenment. You're too flippant about the nuances of consciousness. There's way more to it than meets the eye. Enlightenment is really just the beginning.
  16. Face the thing you're running away from: the emptiness of not being heard, known, or understood. Why do you need that anyways? Take a look! You can drop that need, you know. When you fully understand yourself, you won't need others to understand you.
  17. Because you are not capable of that. You're not conscious yet how all your relationships are actually pawns and manipulation schemes designed by your ego to serve your self-agenda. That will take some serious work to undo. And if you ever do it, you will become detached from all human beings. (Although the end result of detachment is the exact opposite of what you probably think.) The extent to which you need relationships is the extent to which your relationships are dysfunctional, and vice versa. Be careful not to conflate detachment with avoidance. I'm not saying you need to avoid anything per se.
  18. Enlightenment is a complex matter. There are many facets to it. Much to discover and various degrees of attainment. There are at least half a dozen different things to realize, and probably much more. Not to mention dozens of various kinds of altered states of consciousness. It's never as simple as: "BAM! Now I'm fully enlightened. Time for laundry."
  19. @Alex1o1 When you become conscious of just how much suffering all your relationships cause you, you might change your mind about that
  20. The problem is that you're not actually grasping what you are. Because you identify with the high-consciousness experience, when the experience dies down, you're back in ego. The key is to carefully observe what the self is regardless of experience. Pay careful attention especially when "you" are dropping out of the state. What exactly is happening there? What are you independent of state? This is why psychedelics require self-inquiry work to be effective. Otherwise you're just riding a state. Because LSD is so visual, it's extra hard not to identify with states and phenomena. But what you are is beyond all experience, states, or phenomena. This is the danger of psychedelics. They can make you feel like you know when in fact you don't yet. So keep the inquiry going.
  21. @Don_Avocado Good work, but you have no idea yet how deep the rabbit hole goes You haven't broken through yet. Haven't seen God yet Nothing can prepare you for 30mgs. P.S. You're losing the majority of your dose down your throat. If you want the full experience, there should be zero drip down your throat. To ensure that, don't tilt your head back, flip your head entirely upside down for 15 minutes. If you taste it down your throat, you're losing much of the dose. Keep at it. Absolute Infinity awaits!
  22. @jennywise So you understand intellectually. Good. But you have no idea yet how deep the direct experience of it goes. There is no Jenny! So who's writing all these "I am this... I am that... I know X... I think Y... I want Z..."? There is no you reading this sentence. There is only the experience of a sentence. But no YOU! Take a close look. What are you if you're not Jenny?
  23. @Nora You're not going to resolve the mind/body problem through language, reasoning, or logic from inside the materialist reductionist scientific paradigm. You can only resolve it by having a direct consciousness of the fact that all of reality is infinite consciousness. There is no body, there is no mind, and there is no world. All of those are thoughts. You have to work to become mindful of how this is so. It's not a matter of argument. It's a matter of awareness of what's actually happening when you say, "This is my body. This is my mind." When you say or think these things, you're not aware yet that these are just noises arise from nothingness.
  24. This is not the right attitude. You ought to be doing the bulk of the heavy lifting yourself, not through drugs. Be careful how you interpret the things I say. I say many nuanced things which are very easy to misinterpret and get yourself lost. When I speak about psychedelics, I speak about them as a way to open minds, not as magic pills or ways to escape inner work.
  25. You gotta understand that enlightenment is very serious business. It's not for the average guy looking for self-help. It requires a level of depth and commitment that most people aren't interested in. So don't expect someone like Tony Robbins to talk about it or understand it. If you want true happiness, you will never find it outside of enlightenment. It's not possible to be happy living in delusion. But you can certainly trick yourself into thinking you're happy, in the same way you can trick yourself into thinking that McDonalds is good food.
