Success and caring don't have to be at odds with one another. Don't stop your success. Evolve your success into a more caring kind of success. Stage Green succeeds when others around it are also succeeding.

"Brains do not exist" and studying the brain scientifically are not in conflict at all. We are talking about two different levels of reality. Brains exist as perceptions. Perceptions are empty and not happening inside yet more brains (yet more perceptions.) What sense does it make to say that a brain (a perception) is happening within a brain (another perception)??? Perceptions do not happen inside other perceptions. That is the illusion that must be broken. In truth, there is no perceptions happening at all. There is only BEING which is mistaken for perception. -

@Ayilton Doesn't matter. Just make sure you practice it on 4 hours of empty stomach. Serious yoga should not be done after meals. -
Leo Gura replied to D-tron's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
@D-tron It's all a natural part of the spiritual purification process. Stay the course and try not to get too wrapped up in phenomena. If you get a lot of phenomena like that, that might mean you are paranormally sensitive and could develop siddhis (paranormal powers) like seeing auras, etc. That can be cool and useful stuff. But it can also be a big distraction from pure awakening. I suggest you go for pure awakening first. Then you can circle back around to siddhis if you still want. Personally, I've never got anything like that. But I'm a very rationally-minded person. -

@billiesimon Yes, you will need a few enlightenment experiences to really get it. But you can burn the candle from both ends. You don't need enlightenment to start to see the truth of this. Just using very simple common sense you can introspect and see that the reason you dislike SJWs or terrorists is because they conflict with your self-agenda. Whatever ideology or ideals you hold about the world, they disturb that. Right? But obviously your ideology and ideals are purely subjective and selfish. They have nothing to do with the universal perspective. Obviously the universe must like SJWs and terrorists because it created them! See? So you can just start practicing more acceptance and less judgment of people who impinge on your self-agenda. Notice that mostly what you do in life is try to advance and defend your self-agenda. Just start noticing that and slowly let go of your need to do that. Yes, it will be uncomfortable and scary. But that is real growth. You are starting to relate to the world in a new way. Have you tried asking yourself, "What good might these SWJ's be doing? What larger purpose might they be serving in the universe? Could they have some good intentions? What if I was a SWJ in a past life?" And then try to be compassionate about them. If you think they are ignorant, then be compassionate towards that ignorance. You and them have a lot in common. There's plenty of ignorance on all sides. So rather than playing the blame game, try to see the situation from an elevated perspective. Would a sage go on a rant against SJW's? How would sage act? How would a sage think? And here's a real eye opener for ya: Does Jordan Peterson look happy and blissful when he's ranting against SJW's? Here's a very simple rule of thumb: if an activity you do doesn't make you feel joyful, then the only reason you're doing it is out of self-preservation, and you might want to consider just letting the whole thing go. -

All of your best reasoning and ruminations are futile because they are happening within the dream. Break the dream first, then see if there's anything left to ruminate about (there won't be). When we speak of dreams, we are giving you a helpful analogy. Don't abuse the analogy. Enlightenment is LIKE waking up from a dream. Not identical to it in every way. Obviously, as then it wouldn't be enlightenment but the ordinary waking up you do every morning. Just imagine that you can awaken from your current life. That's all we're saying. That is possible. So now go do it. Analyzing the analogy to death will only get you further stuck in the dream. The analogy is taking place within your dream. It is a pointer to something BEYOND. -

Infinity must include all finitudes! Infinity cannot exclude anything, which paradoxically means it must even include all possible exclusions! That is the ULTIMATE realization. The Absolute and the relative are identical. Everything is Nothing and Nothing is Everything. Mu -

@billiesimon Lol... The irony is... THEY ARE YOU! Talking about yourself there? See how your devilish mind ignores your own hatred and dislike of people, exteriorizing the problem? Enlightenment means, everything is you. Nothing can be rejected or criticized, ever. Everything is as it must be, including all the "evil", ignorance, anything you personally dislike. How can you awaken to infinite love when you refuse to accept SJWs? How you gonna accept something far more sinister, like terrorists or school shooters or serial killers? All of them are YOU! So what you're doing is rejecting aspects of yourself that you don't like. Which creates suffering and agitation in you. Why you let a SWJ disturb your peace? To an enlightened person there is no such thing as SWJs. There is only Absolute Infinity, the total perfection of reality exactly as it arises. -

Don't be so sure about that. Whatever sexual urges and addictions you had before enlightenment will be afterwards, for the most part. Purifying your cravings is a whole separate ball game. -

Leo Gura replied to MarkusSweden's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
In the fur ball example there is no such thing as consciousness. There is only the ball. What you call consciousness IS the ball! What you think of as consciousness you will ultimately discover is just BEing. BEing is what everything is. And what it is, is litterally undefinable. It is a substanceless subtance. It defies all categorization. It neither exists nor does not exist, etc. It is just actual infinity. -

There is no guaranteed order. And they will not necessarily be 3 discrete experiences. You could see it all in one giant revelation, or you might have to catch tiny glimpses here and there, over and over again before it finally all comes together. I've had it happen both ways. I've seen them individually and seen them all collectively, and then SO DEEPLY all collectively that I know they are all identical. Again, this will make little sense until you have these awakenings for yourself. You will NOT figure this out rationally no matter how hard you try. Trying to "figure out" enlightenment was one of my biggest traps. It cannot be done. You will waste years doing it and ultimately fail. Which is why I like psychedelics. They will show you very quickly why you cannot "figure it out". These insights exist at higher planes of consciousness than the plane you're at right now. No amount of mental activity in your current plane will do the trick. You must jump up in planes. Which thinking cannot achieve. -

You are Absolute Infinity, and I am Absolute Infinity. Ta-da! This cannot be understood logically. You must have an enlightenment experience into what is reality, what are you, and what is another. Those are like 3 separate enlightenment insights which then come together into one total enlightenment. -

Casually respond to them: "I am God." And watch them squirm. Hehe P.S. It works best when you're actually conscious that you are God. -

Leo Gura replied to MarkusSweden's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
@Outer You're getting lost in perception. Reality is an infinite singularity. It is ONE object. On the surface of this "mega-object" are sculpted an infinite number of surfaces. One of those surfaces is your present experience. This object contains every experience ever possible simulateously. There is no consciousness. There is only this object. You are it. But right now you only identify with being a tiny part of the whole. Imagine a giant fur ball, where each hair is a creature such as yourself. This ball contians all creatures and non-creatures alike because it is infinitely hairy. It looks precise as your present experience shows. You are presently being one of those hairs. But you are also the entire ball because the ball is made of nothing but hairs. -

Definitely But I will not be teaching specific yoga techniques. That is way too technical for a video. I will be talking about yoga in general and its value. I have an excellent Kriya Yoga book in my book list which I myself follow. -

@Timothy Well, psychics aren't omnipotent. They cannot do anything you want them to do. They are like any other profession. Police have their limits, and so do psychics. Hope it works out for your friend. If not, you can always try finding another psychic. -

The irony is that after enlightenment nothing really changes. If you're holding enlightenment as your ticket out of life, you'll be disappointed. Where you are now, is exactly where you'll be post-enlightenment. The key difference will be, the seeking will fall away, which can be a huge relief if you've been seeking for many years. Now you can just BE. Your suffering can also diminish, although to what degree will vary.
