  1. Emotions are tools your mind uses to maintain itself. There is no such thing as a useless emotion. Every emotion is there keep you being you. If you want to change, however, (that is, you want to be a new you), then learning to master your emotions is the #1 skill for that. By changing your emotions you change who you are. How you emote is who you are. Emotions are to a human being what flight controls are to an airplane.
  2. Count how many times you wrote "me", "my", "I" in your post. That's why. You keep thinking you into existence. Stop thinking about yourself and you will cease to exist. "You" can't get enlightened. Enlightenment is the end of you-ing. This problem requires extreme mindfulness. Watch for I-thoughts like a hawk and deconstruct them or let them go. It needs to become clear that the self is a conceptual fabrication, not a physical object. And this needs to be seen deeper than at the level of thinking about it.
  3. @non_nothing How else could you be you? God had to create you as an illusion because there is nothing but illusions.
  4. This is not exclusive to Green. People are generally lazy across the board, people love to play victim across the board, and people have no sense of direction across the board. Of course! All of this is just the complacency of mainstream society, and these days people are so spoiled with video games and easy childhood that they have zero work ethic or self-determination. This is why self-help exists. JP is himself stuck in victim thinking and so are all his followers. This is just what ego does. It never wants to take responsibility. Especially not for emotional or mental issues.
  5. @Arthur I have no idea about Ascent vaporizors.
  6. @Arthur You can vaporize HCl by putting it on a neutral herb substance, like mullein leaf.
  7. Absolutely! That's the whole point. Not only can you, but you must if you want to realize your full potential.
  8. 5-MeO is definitely effective for addiction treatment. This has been demonstrated over and over again by folks like Octavio Rettig. Of course it is also an effective anti-depressant. And safer than ketamine.
  9. @Arthur Be patient. You will get your breakthrough. Each trip builds on the previous. Dosage is not the most important factor. To get the deepest insights you need to hone a strong intent and practice contemplation seriously. And if that fails, vaporization should do the trick. It will hit hard and fast, so start low.
  10. @SoonHei Yup That is also known as Sahaja Samadhi. That is our ultimate goal. But still, do not forget about development. You can be in Sahaja Samadhi but still be at a low stage of Spiral development.
  11. @Arthur Good! Wait till you up the dose and get skullfucked by God's infinity
  12. This issue has been settled.
  13. I see lots of egos running around wild on this forum, myself not excluded. Part of the problem is that the forum fuels this. All online platforms do. It's just the nature of the beast. But for us it's particularly distracting. So to reduce that, the idea came to mind to remove all reputation points and ranks. What this would mean is: No more titles like Common Chimp, Great Ape, etc. No more reputation points by your username No more Thumbs Up button! No more Thumbs Up scores on individual posts Basically, all members would be equal. All posts and responses would just ride on the weight of their logic. This change would strip out all the social proof which now exists. This would be a pretty significant change, so I wanted to see how you guys feel about that. With this, there would be no way to tell which member is more reputable than another, or which thread is highly liked or respected. The biggest downside would that the best content, and the most trustworthy members, would be harder to spot. The biggest upside would be that we stop wasting time looking at who thumbed-up what. And it would force people to actually read the content of a post before pre-judging it. And I would like to get rid of my rank/reputation. It would still be possible to see how many total posts a user made. That stat is not going away. I am still undecided about this. Yea or nay? Speak now or forever hold your peace.
  14. @AstralProjection Good! Your drug supply just doubled
  15. @Joseph Maynor Bad trips on LSD are certainly possible. I had one strike me out of the blue on LSD. They sometimes happen for seemingly no good reason. Mushrooms can be real devils. Gotta be extra careful with them.
  16. Psychedelics are a power tool. They must be used very carefully, wisely, and responsibly. They are no toy. Do not give psychedelics a bad name through juvenile usage. The psychedelic gods will punish you, and oh will you suffer.
  17. @Parki With such an attitude, one day the gods will punish you.
  18. For a newbie, it can be a good gateway. A newbie is not gonna appreciate underground Turquoise teachings. Those come later.
  19. Surrender your whole life to the Truth. Don't ask why or how. Just do it. You are not important. Your needs are not important. Let it all go. Once everything is let go, there are no more problems.
  20. @fabriciom You are being closedminded and clearly speak from inexperience. Don't tarnish the Buddha's name to justify your closedmindedness. You are being shown extremely advanced and cutting-edge techniques here. If the Buddha told you about enlightenment 2500 years ago, a closedminded person like yourself would have burned him at the stake for witchcraft. Which is exactly what people like you did to Jesus. The only reason you know of Jesus today is because people like you killed him 2000 years ago. Think about it.
  21. @riplo Look into Oprah type material or goop.com type stuff. That is the girly version of self-help.
