About the same speed as swapping a mag in a pistol. They have more expensive models which can fire 2 shots before reloading. But that's overkill. The laser sight alone should be enough to spook most people away. And if you miss, you can still always taze point blank.

I have a profressional police taser that fires wired electric darts with a laser sight. If those darts land, the taser is active for 30 seconds. You will be totally unable to move for 30 seconds and the trigger can be pulled again for another 30 second dose as many times as the battery lasts, and if the darts miss their target the taser can still be used at point blank range. If you are a very experience psychonaut, you do a light dose, and you have a trip sitter to protect you. The dose number is irrelevant, and varies greatly from person to person. Stop treating these numbers as an objective or absolute standard -- that is dangerous. These numbers are purely relative. I have done DMT trips which would traumatize a normal person. And I've certainly gone above 20mg. I am at least 3x more sensitive to psychedelics than a normal person. So 20mg for me is more like 60mg for you. It's not the dose that counts, it's what you're able to become conscious of.

Evil only exists IN YOUR MIND! The Universe cannot know what "evil" is for the same reason that it cannot know what up or down are. There is no up or down without some relative reference frame. Just as in outer space there is no up or down, in God-consciousness there is no evil. In order to create evil, there needs to be a relative reference frame of an ego-self. Evil is not baked into any action. The mind has to project it onto the action in the same way that the mind projects up and down onto the Earth. The Earth does not have an up or down and it does not know itself as being rightside up or upside down. Any angle the Earth is at is right. Now translate this to how Absolute Love works.
