The data in that chart was US data. So of course the 99% figure is also US data. Vaccine is still 99% effective against Delta death/serious hospitalization. If you google around you can easily find the 99% figure for the US.

I have become conscious of how I created my physical body, my mother, every book ever written, etc. You don't "tap into them" because there is nothing to tap into.
