You definitely must plan fixed times to go out. Don't leave things up to luck. You should be going out to talk to girls at least every Friday and Saturday night for several hours. Ideally you go out every night and hit it hard. Beast mode.

There are lots of supplements you could try to reduce your PMS. Research it. Dietary changes might also help. You gotta research this shit outta such things and experimemt a lot. There is no reason why LSD would help with that. -

Maybe you got a tiny taste. Keep doing the work. It gets better. -
As you approach a lot you will become more natural and it will become more like fun than work. But this idea that approaching should feel natural as a newbie is just silly. It will not feel natural at all and you still gotta push yourself to approach. The first few years will be a slog.

The finite mind/body is not entirely wiped out, so yes, the mind and body have biases. Infinite Consciousness itself has no biases. But Infinite Consciousness is incarnated as some finite mind/body. The peak lasts a good 30-60 mins with plugging. Also, don't confuse peak with God-mode. God-mode could be before peak, during peak, after peak, or not even present at all. It depends on how conscious you are. Plenty of people who take 5-MeO don't even reach God-mode. -
Antibiotics + starving out is the best chance of success.

Not so fast. It's really hard to starve out bacteria. I tried for 1 month and it didn't work. Bacteria can live in your gut for months without food it seems. So starving them out is not very effective. You just have to test to see what works and what doesn't. It will depend on the kind of bacteria you got.
-
That's probably the bacteria tricking your mind into feeding them their fave foods. Bacteria will actually create carb cravings when you try to starve them out. I wouldn't eat that stuff. It's a trap!

This is a bannable offense.

Of course we are splitting hairs here. The basics of nonduality and consciousness are all the same. There's just degrees of holism to it. Which is why these kinds of nondual debates are a waste of time. The only practical point is: go for Infinite Consciousness. Nothing else matters. Don't stop until you understand EVERYTHING. -
We need a Trump passport. To enter any public building you are asked, "Is Trump an insecure child?" and if your answer is anything but "OF COURSE!" then you are kicked out.

That is a common mistake people make when listening to what I say. The goal is never to out-do anyone. The goal is simply to become as deeply conscious of reality as possible. By flattening awakening, you make it impossible for yourself to reach the highest degrees of consciousness. Which is the saddest thing in the world. If you manage to convince yourself that consciousness is flat, you will forever lock yourself out from the highest self-understanding. I know of many awakened people who have such a shallow consciousness of reality. And they will never move any deeper because they believe that they are done. Most awakened people are like those who have lit a candle. And I am telling you to fly into the sun. -

Realistically, maintaining a body like that is going to turn into a waste of time. You should have better things to do. Who are you trying to impress? -

Like I said above, take care of your body. You guys make it sound like I am anti-exercise. I used to squat so much weight my thighs would not fit in my jeans. Moderate exercise is ideal. -
Leo Gura replied to samijiben's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
@samijiben You should keep your body fit and healthy. But that's not the same as becoming a gym rat or David Goggins. Those are actually egotistical activities. Actualized.org does not focus on exercise and nutrition so much not because it isn't important but because that information is easily accessible elsewhere online. You don't need Leo to teach you how to exercise your ass. My work is focused on epistemology, metaphysics, and psychology. You are expected to study many other sources. If I am your own source, you're doing it wrong. -
Nobody is for total equality. That's as dumb as being for total freedom. The trick is striking just the perfect balance between all the extremes. Health requires exquisite, intelligent balance & harmony.

It helps a lot to visualize yourself speaking correctly, as you want to sound.

Don't be lazy. Develop your own lists. No one is going to hand you a list of money-making opportunities. You might as well ask us to just line your pockets with money.

The most advanced truths I talk about so far beyond anything you could get from a book that your suggestion is laughable. Books can only take you so far. After that you must jump. -
Leo Gura replied to samijiben's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
In practice your pursuit of extreme physical whatever will become a distraction to diving deep into consciousness. Physical health is important. And I have spent a lot of time at the gym pushing heavy ass weights in the past. But it did nothing for my spirituality, so don't kid yourself. If your theory was true then all those gym rats would be woke and spiritual as fuck, and they simply aren't. The most conscious people in history were not roided up Joe Rogan meatheads. -
Understanding has infinite depth. Welcome to Absolute Infinity, where every tiny thing you pick up is an infinity unto itself

If I want to discover more facets I won't do it via a book, I must do it directly. -

The beauty of Absolute Truth is that you need nobody to validate it for you. If you seek validation, you're not awake. God is Infinity. This is not a "view" or "condition" or "position" or other such silly thing. God is Infinity. Period. The end. This is not "Leo's take". This is what anything is, Absolutely. The Buddha is something you are imagining. That is exactly what Frank was quoted as saying above. Go read the quote.
