They are not mutually exclusive. There is no genuine relationship with a woman until after sex. She is not invested enough for there to be a relationship.

So often that you should stop even calling it "rejection".

That is true for low value guys who got no game. The whole purpose of game is to make one so attractive as to condense that typical few months time-frame down to 4 hours. It sounds crazy, but it's possible to do. If you think about it, there is no good reason why it should take a few months to build a deep rapport with a stranger. It only takes that long when people are doing it lazily, unconsciously, by accident. But if you take conscious control over the process, it can happen much faster. From a guy's POV, waiting a month to sleep with a girl is just a giant waste of time and energy. As a guy we can figure out whether we want to sleep with a girl within 5 minutes. The rest is just cat and mouse games. Even though it's called "game", ironically it is women who play the most games. A guy is very clear about what he wants. So the guy's "game" is just a reflection of the game that women force him to play to get what he clearly knows he wants. Because if a guy does not play along with your games, you will reject him. Things would be much easier and simpler if we could just approach and say, "Hey, I like you. I think we should fuck." But this doesn't work. It's too truthful. Hence the game. Okay, game on.

The real question is, how could it be dual? It's duality which contradicts itself and makes no sense. -
Yeah, well, the whole point of pickup is that it makes all such logic irrelevant since attraction is not logical. So you can tell yourself you will never sleep with a guy who "sells himself" to you, but when you meet an attractive, high value guy, all that logic will become irrelevant. Emotion > logic Doubly so for women.

Or so you believe -
They are similar. But contemplation specifically focuses on asking questions and gaining answers/insights whereas introspection is a more general function of looking inward and observing the operations of your own psyche. You could also call introspection mindfulness. To me contemplation is a more cognitive, verbal activity. Introspection is more about feeling. Although of course you can mix them together.

You should read the warning in the video's description box. -

Selfishness is not wrong. But viewing things as wrong IS selfishness

Well.... The needy thing is very tricky, because you have to understand that any guy who gets into a relationship with you is doing so to fulfill certain needs of his, be that sex or whatever else. So it's mostly just a question of degree of neediness. The whole point of a relationship is to use the other person to fulfill your own selfish needs. Otherwise you would not relate at all. Both partners are doing that, so then it becomes a sort of dance/game/negotiation. Sometimes it works out, sometimes it does not.

@tsuki The deeper thing you're missing is that what you see is literally what is True. Everything else is fantasies. -

They will exist when you create them. It gets paradoxical here because the finite and the infinite are ultimately identical, while you are trying to distinguish them. It's sort of like you're asking, Does the next frame in the movie exist? Technically not until it is rendered on the screen. You imagine it will be rendered, but it may not be. -
Bahahahahahaha....

Yeah, well, I understand. But that is the definition of neediness: I need something from you and I can't wait, and if I don't get it, I'll be upset. And of course neediness is unattractive. Do as you like but don't be surprised if it turns people off because all healthy people find neediness unattractive because it's fundamentally selfish. ME! ME! ME! Give ME what I need!

That's what the game is.

Negotiation is a game which includes all the trickeries and masquerades that survival employs. You are like a wolf telling a rabbit, don't camouflage yourself! Just be honest because I am hungry.
-
Survival agendas must be negotiated and reconciled, since they always conflict. There is no such thing as two humans loving each other without a conflict of survival agendas.
-
That's the woman's survival agenda. It makes sense if you are a woman. You guys have a hard time grasping the relativity of survival agendas. What's good for your finite self is bad for some other finite self. This is the nature of all finite things.

It is pure selfishness. Of course men are selfish too. Both parties are just doing what is best for them while expecting the other one to be selfless. See, when you act selfishly, why are you surprised when others do the same? They are only doing what you're doing back to you. But since you are selfish, you don't like it. The ego's game is to be as selfish as it can while denying others that same move. You exercise your choice not to have sex with a man when he needs it but you don't. And a man exercises his choice to go pickup other girls when he needs it and you need him to be loyal to you.

Leo Gura replied to How to be wise's topic in Society, Politics, Government, Environment, Current Events
Both cases are not good. That's how political decisions are. You are always choosing the lesser of two evils. Which is why the wise move would have been for Bush to not put us into an impossible situation in the first place. Once you've put yourself into an impossible situation, you're screwed. Which is why decision-making requires serious wisdom, which Bush seriously lacks. -

You have a concept of limitation in your mind. That's an abstraction. But then there is what the concept points to. You have concrete instances of that abstraction. One of which is you walking into a wall. What is so hard to understand here? You are obviously limited since you can't fly. All forms are limited. -
Leo Gura replied to tsuki's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
Reality = Truth People have very wrong ideas about what truth is. You are experiencing limitation right now, and all your life. You are literally God having a limited experience. That's what your whole life has been. Can you walk through a brick wall? Well... there is your experience of limitation. Try walking through a wall. Infinity knows itself perfectly simply be existing as itself. Knowledge collapses into Being/Existence at a nondual level of consciousness. So you can "know" Infinity deep than you can know anything in the physical world. By becoming Infinity. But this not conceptual knowledge. Infinity knows Infinity by being Infinity. The end. As far as conceptualizing Infinity, you can play those games till the end of time and you will always come up short. All your concepts of it will be partial and limited.
