Two points: 1) A big part of spirituality is realizing how dysfunctional our modern lifestyles are, and changing how you structure your life. The Western medicine system is insanely unhealthy and dysfunctional on many levels -- for patients and doctors alike. So of course you'll have to question your involvement in that. In the end you may decide to transition to more sustainable and holistic types of healthcare. This will be hard for your ego to swallow because you've invested so much into this dysfunctional system while assuming it would serve you and your patients. 2) Check out Daniel Ingram's work/books. He was an ER doctor and a hardcore Buddhist mediator at the same time. He became enlightened while still working as a doctor. So it is possible. However, you have to understand that it will be extremely challenging. Most people will not be able to pull that off. Enlightenment usually requires taking time off of work to focus on it exclusively. You should expect it to interfere with your work/business. But something like a 1-hour per day meditation or yoga practice is doable alongside almost any profession/biz. Just don't expect huge results from 1-hour per day. You are not going to reach deep levels of awakening via such a piddly practice.

Don't follow it dogmatically. Make it your own. Develop an intuitive understanding of what the technique is meant to do and follow that, rather than the mechanics of the technique itself. Make it natural and intuitive to you. Later on you can refine things. You will have lots of time for refinement. You can experiment and see what feels most natural and most potent. Do your method in whatever way feels most potent for you.

Confusing perhaps but not pointless. It's an educated intuition. Not all knowledge can be direct consciousness. You cannot have 100% certainty about everything in this work. Science is often uncertain about things. There is no reason why consciousness could not dream a series of dreams back to back. This is highly likely.

"Everyone", "they", "others" -- these are relative notions of course. These notions do not exist at the highest levels of consciousness, just as "death" does not. At the level where death exists, others exist. So you have to be careful here because these notions are not absolute and you have to pay attention to which level you're asking your questions from. It's a highly perspectival matter.

Don't forget about absolutes. When you realize physical/non-physical is imaginary, then everything becomes Nonphysical as an absolute.

@BlackPhil You are correct that even though the ultimate destination is Infinite Love/Godhead, that does not necessarily mean that everyone will go there directly. There could be many longer paths. It really depends on how conscious one is. At the highest level of consciousness death simply does not exist and it never even happens. But at lower levels of consciousness it seems to happen and it could be followed by other dreams. So in practice not everyone who "dies" goes to Absolute Infinity. They might go down some rabbit hole of consciousness. And the rabbit holes of consciousness could be infinite in number.

Best way I have found is to share news stories of people dying or suffering horribly from Covid. Once they see/hear enough of the horror stories their mind may come around. Anti-vaxxers are fear-based people usually, so the best way to motivate them is with even more fear that hits them straight in the balls. Another good way is to hit them in the wallet. Tell them that an average Covid hospitalization bill is about $20,000 in the US. It's financially idiotic not to get vaccinated.

@ertopolice Whenever you get needy, you usually get burned. Fundamental principle of life. Doesn't just apply to dating. Excessive attachment always ends in suffering. The key to easy dating is to not get invested until sex. Keep your investment as close to zero as possible.

The human mind is complicated and fuzzy. Nothing is 100% in this domain. You can't attract 100% of women simply because most of them are already fucking someone else. And you are very shy of all those qualities. If you had all those qualities and you were around single women, you would attract so many of them you wouldn't have enough time to fuck them all. This is question begging because you already assume attraction with the concept "attractive woman". If a woman gets wet for an attractive man, she's also going to get wet for every other attractive man. The only difference is what counts as "attractive" for men and for women. Until the point where the woman gets attached to you, her mind does not care about you as a person. You are disposable to her and any other guy of similar sexual value will do. Once she's attached, then she will only want you. But this happens after the fact, after sex.

The singularity is you. Don't look for the singularity within the finite contents of your dream.

Of course that's tricky. He might have even repressed it from himself. He's probably just not conscious of it himself. He's probably confused, frustrated, and stuck in his logical head. Basically you need to probe deeper into the psychological underpinnings of his views of sex and women. Why is he paranoid? What has him so uptight that he is unable to take sex easy and enjoy it? Why is he so controlling? Why is he so stuck in his head? Why can't he let the past go? You can delicately probe these issues with him over time. There will probably be buried fear, anger, regret, and hurt.

Women are also attracted to very predictable things like humor, confidence, leadership, status, vocal tone, eye contact, etc. Which is why game works on women so well. Your attraction is not as special as you think. It's just that the female mind subjectivizes the attraction as something super special and exclusive for that one guy. But the truth is, it could have been any guy similar to him. The uniquness of the guy is irrelevant. Of course the woman will tell herself otherwise.

Keep in mind this dude may have hidden trauma he has not even told you about. Like maybe he was molested as a kid or whatever. People will often hide their deepest wounds or make up cover stories. So you may be dealing with a guy who's more broken than you realize. You gotta sniff out the real root cause. Something here doesn't smell right to my nose.
