It took a lot of work and it wouldn't be active without the work. I have a disagreeable and skeptical personality, but that's not so rare. What I'm talking about is much rarer and requires serious work. Frankly, I don't know anyone who has achieved what I'm talking about except Ralston. And none of his students have it. What I'm talking about is not an innate personality type. But some personality types may find it easier to do the work. If it was just a personality type, it would be quite common.

No. You can play against others, beating them just doesn't need to be the source of happiness.

It only gets more non-conformist as you go higher.

They are too busy sleeping with kids.

Iodine is harmful for Hashimotos. Makes it worse. Don't take medical advice from random kooks. -
Bro, if Ramana was alive today he'd have an OnlyFans.

Yeah, well, to us it is just hearsay. -

I am not saying mystical healing is impossible, but I have not seen any credible people who do it. -

@Rafael Thundercat Okay, so what? Doesn't mean we should celebrate his death. -
I didn't achieve non-conformiry until a few years ago. I noticed a shift in myself once I saw how conformist the mind is. So it's not something I was born with. Autonmous is a stage of cognitive development. You are right in that my personality is suited to it.

That's what I am hoping for. But I don't know how insightful y'all can be. Yes

You can get happiness from the flow state of playing a sport. That is well and good. But happiness from defeating someone is not doing anything for you. If you like a sport, good. There's no need to defeat others. Imagine if the happiness I got from being on this forum was from defeating you guys. That would be sick.

After a decade of this work, I am showered with spontaneous insights 24/7. Anything could trigger it, from a random thought to a video or a forum comment someone made. Then I write down the insight in my phone. As I think about it, I usually get additional insights. I have lists of hundreds of these insights, which I later select and write out for publishing. Sometimes I contemplate ideas for longer, but often I don't even need to. If I am in a flow state I could have a dozen unrelated insights within 20 minutes.

Every leftist covers it ad nauseum.

Because liberals encourage this lawlessness and chaos.

Eye contact. She will lock eyes with you and keep looking at you. You can tell just by looking at her face if she likes you. Focus on learning women's facial reactions to you.

If attractive enough some women will approach the man. But mostly men still have to approach, the women are just far more receptive and down to fuck.

@JTL Happiness from defeating someone is lame.

I asked Ralston why he got into martial arts and he said insecurity and ego.

You can get a hit of joy by punching someone you hate in the face. But so what? It isn't happiness. The joy you speak of is worthless.

@Identity The rise of income inequality, corruption, and monoplies are huge problems that will lead to upheaval. I don't know exactly how that will play out but I expect some bad times. -
He's a proud capitalist. What do you expect him to say? He has benefited from capitalism handsomely.
