I have schizoaffective disorder.

• Ativan(Lorazepam)
• Tegretol(Carbamezapine)

Currently I am unemployed.

Today I received 50 euros to my PayPal.

Woke up at 5:30 am.

Was working as basic construction worker.Job started at 9 am and finished at 4pm.I am feeling really tired.

Have contemplated how important is my free time.

Was working as basic construction worker.Job started at 8 am and finished at 3pm.I am feeling sore muscles .

Today I woke up at 9am.I have no job anymore.Maybe in future I will work as construction worker more.But I am planning on opening my construction company myself.

I don't have any vices like smoking , coffee, alcohol and drugs.It feels good to be healthy.

I read how taking off of benzos is hard so I bought 2 packs of lorazepams so that  I don't run out on them.

Today I woke up 5:30am.Worked until 3:30 pm as basic construction worker.For these 3 days I earned 102.42 euros . Nothing to be disappointed about .

Didn't worked as construction worker these days,had some expenses now I am at:

Today I received 2 000 euros from good friend of mine.With that money I will start business together with my brother.

I worked 2 days (this weekend) on the roof as construction worker.I earned 100 euros.

I am going to pay the gym and buy some clothing.

I suffered benzodiazepines withdrawal and experienced psychosis and paranoia.I am not feeling well.I will talk with psychiatrist about my issues and hope she will change my meds.I hope she wouldn't suggest me to go to hospital.I talked with friends who was admitted to hospital 7 times and she says being in hospital is horrible.

I've been using benzos for 2 and half years everyday.Thank God my withdrawal wasn't lethal but it produced psychosis.

Now I am feeling better and reminder to me to never run out of meds.
