Russia is a brazenly racist country. They're following the lead that Western Europeans used to do, and stiull do in some cases. Mess up Africa and exploit it.

This is funny. Fighting rebel groups in oder to help the established power is exactly what America has being throughout countless countries in the world. Pro-Russians will act like it's the bravest most anti-establishment thing when it's literally as pro-establishment as it gets (just a different kind of establishment) and pro-Westerners will cry out like it's literal colonialism when the countries they support do the same thing. This feels like this "Spiderman pointing at himself" meme.
