I am learning to say no and set boundaries. 
 

I also ask questions around my ability to handle conflict and to be able to steer through conflict, or what have you… to being things to resolution. Conflict resolution is much easier than it sounds. But, it’s hard when emotions and triggers cloud your judgement. Very tricky work.
