I do it, but I'm lost.
I had total insomnia again last night due to stress, I managed to enter a strange and frightening hypnagogic state where I saw demons and a "dirty" feeling in general, I quickly found myself struggle to return to reality.
I often have “perfect” demons popping into my imagination.

No matter lol, do you have specific sources for qi gong?

@Schizophonia Of course I don't know your exact symptoms.

I would reconsider looking at your nutrition, and I would start a regular Qigong practice focusing on purging, relaxing and calming. 

I have plenty of good routines on my channel.

Some other great channels to check out are:

1. Nick Loffree

2. Qigong with Kseny

3. YoQi

4. Holden Qigong

5. Qigong for Vitality 

6. White Tiger Qigong

I would do Qigong for sleep and healing sounds:

Focus right now on purging and circulating Qi.

@Schizophonia Do you actually have Schizoprenia?

It can be risky to practice Qigong if you do. 

I would focus on only doing light practice, relaxation, etc.

I think this may be a great routine before bed

No. I have a few mental health issues that amount to mania, but I have never had a psychotic state.

That said, I am not sure of the strategy for reducing stress by systematically encouraging gentle practices.
In fact, listening to a lot of black metal helps to reduce alertness and monkey mind, even if it may seem strange lol.

@Schizophonia Well, try and find out. Works for me and millions of others. 
 

Stress can be reduced in many ways. Actually Lee Holden once mentioned heavy metal relaxes some. 
 

Music is one way, gentle exercise definitely works.

Contemplating how to improve my digestion and nutrition. I really want home in on solid nutrition over next 12 months. Have to be willing to je result oriented and let go of any ideas just because I like them.
