Towards simplicity

4 posts in this topic

At some point in your accelerated separation from a version of the world that you no longer resonate with, it may be very helpful to reduce the so-called material things with which we surround ourselves to a healthy, necessary minimum. Keep things as simple as possible in the moment, but not simpler. Healthy balance. We will quickly notice that the mental sphere is also getting  better organized. I am observing this process. Gradual simplification. Exactly what Leo says about vacuuming the house. We remove dust, but without excessive zeal or obsession. Trust the process.

Peace🫠💗🙏

This is good. You want to take the middle way. Removing the objects in life that burden you (even if just to stop thinking about them), makes life simpler. This extends to non-tangible things too: commitments, bad relationships, addictions, unwanted responsibilites. But don't remove the things that actually make life simpler: washing machines, good relationships, a paying job etc.

All stories and explanations are false.

😅of course! However strange it may sounds - let it be inclusive reduction - all valuable stuff IN - washing machine included😊😉

Healthy balance.

Amen, brother. Healthy balance and simple trust in life are the most important principles on this path. And as strange as it might sound to some folks especially here on this forum, patience/moderation and persistence are not mutually exclusive.

Why so serious?
