4-AcO-DMT or 4-AcO-MET?

Obviously I'm going to be a good boy and do my homework on each of them.

I come here today to ask you which one is better for Consciousness work and what are the differences between them.

I'm looking into these substances as a cheap alternative to dried mushrooms and I'm also curious about any more desired effects from these substances for this Consciousness work (As opposed to normal Mushrooms).

I definitely suggest 4-AcO-DMT. Way closer to actual mushrooms. 4-AcO-MET for me has just been Walmart 4-HO-MET. Decent visuals and some light headspace, nothing to write home about. But of course YMMV
