How do I pay for the booklist?

Hey I really want to buy the booklist but I am from Iraq and I don't have a credit card and PayPal does not function here
I have more than enough saved money in cash from my new online job, I just need a method to convert my money to digital or pay in some way

I can't get a credit card because I am underage and you have to be employed to get one here from what I understand

@Ayham You sign up for a virtual credit/debit card. Fund the card. Then you'd use the card to buy Leo's book list. Not sure if prepaid/virtual cards are accepted to purchase book list though.
