The 1st book about Spiral Dynamics is by Don Edward Beck, Christopher Cowan.

What's the 2nd one, with an alternative classification, who's author is a woman? From Leo's video about the topic 1-2 years ago, I couldn't get neither the name of the author right, nor could I find a book either.

Or perhaps it's not a book but a scientific paper.
