I’m a proponent of this. God didn’t have mercy on these young souls. We should.

I’m a proponent of this. God didn’t have mercy on these young souls. We should. 

   I also support this bill, as some children can suffer so much worse than most. Although GOD doesn't have mercy on these young souls as he's everything, everyone, everywhere and infinite, the DEVIL is the one that fucked up, you know,the one prior that shouldn't have smoked or ate too much seafood, or the other that transferred their trauma onto her such that it effected the birth.
