Is self-destruction a great way to self-actualize?

3 posts in this topic

I have just watched “Fight Club” and the whole main characters philosophy of becoming the best version of yourself is self-destruction.

Recently I have also watched Andrew Tate Christmas video where he belittles you and makes fun of you because “you didn’t achieve anything” this year.

What do you think?

No, try Self-deconstruction and Self-Love instead.

Regarding Tate, look up the AGFLAP-CAP Emotional Chart. By getting angry at him for making fun of you, you might climb up a few ladders. But it's still far from optimal. Find out ways to climb higher once you are done with this stage.

People like Andrew Tate are attention seeking troll. All they do is nitpick and spread negativity.

Be careful being too demanding in relationships. Relate to the person at the level they are at, not where you need them to be.
