How to accept Reality exactly as it is ?

I want to accept my life/reality as it is. I want to accept the negative, the "bad" things happening, I want to accept the fact that I will judge myself for judging myself, the fact that I will experience pain in the future and I don't know how my life will unfold, I want to accept everything that I experience...

How do you do that ?

You can't.  You are a human.  Life has ups and downs . Sometimes it just plain sucks .and there is nothing you can do about it .

Then why can't you do it (if you have the capacity)?

@Gabith You are already accepting everything as IS, it's been the case your whole entire life, you just do not notice it because there is a barrier between "the One" who is accepting and illusory "I" who is resilient towards what IS, therefore suffering and separation.  

Remove your personal attitude towards what IS (which is death), and all the problems will be solved. You are not the voice in your head. 

What helps me is to not project into the future and stay here. 

In some magical way everything will unfold as is in a right time, no free will on a human being level.

No such thing. 

Anyways ..Surrender resistance to your reality. Keep telling yourself nothing is fundamentally wrong and there are no wrong decisions. Living is about continuous learning, growing and becoming. Human suffering is nowhere near what it used to be. As tough as it maybe to accept, the truth is..misfortune, disasters and disease have always served to elevate humanity as a whole. We must keep expanding, and resistance is futile.

Expect everything will work out in the end. You attract what you expect, it’s a universal truth. With that also remember there is always an unseen all-knowing consciousness at work. Patience is required.
