No judgement, it's magic !

Hey, It's been a week that I'm living more consciously. I've realized how much stopping judgements is crucial for happiness/consciousness 

Almost everything that happens seems perfect because it's happening. There is no need to resist/deny/wanting it to be different, it looks like madness to argue with reality. 
Also, I don't get bothered by people/noises/situations... and my mind is more relax/spacious 
When I judge people and myself, I notice it easily and I can see all the negatives impacts of these internal dialogue/stories I made up 

It seems like stopping judgements is magical, everything becomes more peaceful & I feel "open" like never before
