at the moment  i study for a university degree for 2 hours, study for  cracking a job exam  for 2 hours, read islamic books for 1 hour , read book on social skills for 1 hour, read general self help book for 1 hour.
i am increasing my  working time or progressing at the rate of 90 min per month. tiny habits by bj fogg and mastery by george leonard helped a lot
