Spiritual work helps to deal with racism. My hurt feelings have gone down significantly due to spiritual work in the area of racism. This involves kindness, acceptance, grace, understanding and letting go. Knowing that I can't control how humanity acts. And at the same time understanding human nature. 

This post touched me but I'm trying not to cry. 

 

That's understandable and I feel sorry for you brother. But remember when they go low, you go high. 

Embrace the nature of humanity. I've faced racism too. But I let it go. I don't allow it to create hate in me. 

God gives grace to those who have been neglected, persecuted and looked down upon. 

I understand your feelings. At the same time, your honor does not lie with how others treat you, it lies in your own grace. 

Anyways I don't make a big deal out of racism. I have a matured outlook towards it now after doing spiritual work. I understand human nature now. Spiritual works helps to deal with racism.
