How to best consume drinking water?

Currently using a cheap water filter but just wondering what is the most ideal method of consuming water without all of the heavy metals?

maybe alkaline water?

You want to get a high quality water filter that removes all heavy metals (reverse osmosis) You also want to make sure their are the proper minerals in the water. Then, once you have filtered mineralized and water you may want to shape it with a Mayu or Flaska to make it like spring water.
