Today is January 21 and a brand new day. Today I should be careful and not waste any time.. 

Plan the day carefully although I woke up late as usual. 

January 21 2022. 

Today I'll groom a bit, do some meditation, do some steaming and sit in the garden, maybe try some yoga for the first time. 

Drink a tiny amount of tea. Because I can't take too much 

Do my witchcraft practice

Update 3,January 21, 2022 

I want to do death visualizations.. 

Sometimes I just want to imagine dying. Not real death though. 

Death like entering a different realm, something different from life. 

I want to imagine myself at the beach. 

I'm holding on to a tree. It's evening almost. 

And my body is slowly releasing the chemicals the body produces before death. 

And then my body is laid on the floor. 

And my breath slowly leaves me. 

I enter a trance like state. 

Here I can see my life in a snapshot.

Flashbacks and memories. 

Fear, anger, hate have no place in this state. 

Everything is about "self peace"

I'll have to follow a list of stuff. 

 

  • Mint model 
  • The Golden, stone, Diamond key system 
  • The white bead necklace concept. A1, A2, A3 etc. 
  • Goaling, Tracking and Scoring
  • Important statements 
  • Death visualizations 

 

I have understood that in order to attain my goals they have to be very clear in my mind.

The first step would be to have a clear goal I imagine and then sticking to the ( changeable ) regiment leading there

Important is to have  a very clear goal in mind completely free of distraction. And be fully aware of it and be fully focused on it. Keep repeating the goals to yourself. Be very goal oriented. Clarity of goal. 

Create a proper layout for the goals. 

First know your goals. 

—Lay them out in great detail and not at all vague. Strong clear goals. 

— make a vision board 

— plan and schedule each one of these goals 

— track the progress on these goals. 

 

 

 

I think after initiation there should be motivation.

I saw something yesterday but I couldn’t find it anymore. A simple technique to get more into the “doing”. 

So after waking up you repeat: ( You can practically do this anytime, especially in “idle” time and or situations ) 

”Do it, Do it, Do it now, Do it, Do it, Do it now”

It is basically a command to the subconscious mind, which governs our habits and behaviours and repeated often enough it’s something that will get you take action without having to think about it. ( easier )


I love you infinitely. I will find you forever in every life time because you and me are one. You and me eternally breathing life and bluming

Motivation

After initiation, motivation. 

— put yourself in a calm state 

— keep encouraging yourself 

— keep repeating the goal in your mind 

— keep reminders 

— create a positive feeling around this goal., create a desire and passion. Also make the task look playful, easy and nice. 

— tell yourself that you can do it, you can make it

— repeat goals before sleeping

— keep intention jars and wish jars and witchcraft spell paper folded neatly, write your goals on this paper and make a wish. Burn the paper.

Update 1, January 25, 2022. 5.24 am 

I'm so happy again. 

Today is a new day. 

I have written down everything I need to come closer and closer to my goals. 

It's time for implementation.

 One new concept I came across is that your life and circumstances become who you are or reflect your own energy. You change this energy. Everything changes.

I wanted to frame this concept where I have an endless white bead necklace. 

And every bead that I add to the necklace will have a code word or letter to it. 

These letters or code words will form a sequence.

I want to start using a code language or a language of codes. 

Every code will mean something. 

Every code is important. 

For every moment there will be a code. 

A1, A2, A3, A4.... Till A1000. 

B1, B2, B3, B4.... Till B1000. 

And so on till Z..
