Double Vision

6 posts in this topic

Hi, all !

After some meditation practice I learned to sit with straight back.

When I do this while driving I experience a Double Vision. When I tilt my head (as I used to all my life) I see normally (united picture).

I suppose, it is that my brain is used to adjust convergence of my eyes in accordance with vertical vision line angle (low, straight, high) and I cannot easily change this habit. Because, while driving I cannot risk sitting straight (and double my picture).

I've tried to sit straight and stare at distant objects (like in meditation) to cure this, but only get frustrated after a while. I can unite two pictures to one sometimes,, but it comes with great stress, but I think that vision should be without stress.

Its called convergence insuficency i guess... You need to talk to a behavioral optometrist in order to do some eye exercices or some videogames with 3d filters to fix that.

Ps: pencil push ups should be your bread and butter :

I do eye exercises from time to time, but never feel any good from them.

Two things I found that works for me:

1) less PC, more walking in fresh air

2) HooPonopono

  • I am sorry
  • please, forgive me
  • thank you so much
  • I love you

You should get checked  by a neurologist.

It could be a blockage of the Optic or Oculomotor Nerve which cross your entire brain or something else putting pressure on them such as Hydrocephalus or even internal bleeding. This could be very minor or more dangerous. Definitely see a doc.
