I didn't take it serious enough and just did it at the beginning of a meditation session but not very determinated. My mind often wanders and I rarely get 1 minute of concentration. I try to do it twice a day.

I now want to dedicate 2 x 5 minutes to concentration. Now I have more time :)

I will remove "Eating without additional stimulation" from this list, because I think I am good enough at it now. Sometimes I also want to watch some documentaries while eating. If it doesn't happen to often this will not be a problem. I have started to enjoy eating without stimulation.

I forgot the concentration practice again and now its too late and I am too tired to concentrate.

I ate a little snack in the evening.

And I noticed that I didn't take programming the subconscious mind seriously enough anymore. So I have to reset the streak.

This wasn't a good day for my habits. I should put some of the red ones on the side for a while. The main problem again is eating. I ate a loooot today. But thats okay. I improved for a couple of days, and today my willpower collapsed from studying a looot. I should completely cut oat meal and raisins out of my life.

For now I will continue with the eating stuff, the stuff that I already handle well, and dorsiflexion. Concentration and the subconscious mind will have to wait for a while.
