Maybe The Youngest Into Self-improvement?

2 posts in this topic

Hey, this is the beginning of my journaling. Im 14 and i already posted a thread on starting this path and where to start. One of the recommendations i got was to start a journal, so here i go. For now i will start with not so many points on journaling and will add some over time (hopefuly!)

So anyways, todays progress: 30/12/2016 ( 10:00 mex time)

Who do I want to be in 5 years time? I want to be someone with at the very least the basics sorted out completely, Already having stable good habits and no bad ones, Actively improving on himself. (with life purpose figured out!)

What did I do well with my day today? What could have I improved on? I investigated some blood type diets (im o- ), started this journal, watched a couple videos from leo and made a list of some goals. I could have improved on not wasting so much time on videogames. (another good thing, i have like 3 days without watching porn,(you gotta start somewhere right))

Goals for next 6 months. Achieving a meditation habit, Getting schooling and studing figured out

Fears: (i dont really get if this refers to fears in the path of actualization or fears in general, i got the template from mi other post lol)

What can I do to grow today? Its already late at night so maybe i could get to sleep after writing this co's i need to start getting my sleep cycle right again!

Tomorrow goals: i will try to meditate for 10 minutes (i have achieved 20 but ima go easy for now) and work on my daily routine. I will also search for a cool marcial art or self defence classes i can start assisting (to get 4 hours of excercise a week, currently i have 0, tho when vacations are over i will get back to swimming and hopefuly the martial art, (2 and 2)), Go out and ride my bike for a while, engage again on trying to learn keyboard.
