I was introduced to this guy a while back by @Wilhelm44 and I've recently gotten back into his content and it looks incredibly promising.

I'm going to buy the book and try his process, I think this can be really groundbreaking for people who have closed hearts, and struggle with judgment and a lack of gratitude.
