I keep getting glimpses of oneness and absolute truth when waking up in the mornings

Is this normal? its been happening fairly consistently now for the past few months. It really only happens when im waking up in the mornings way more than at any other time of the day..

its like a get a snapshot of the whole universe at once and it all feels like its coming from me. but its also just a realization of being one that i cant really describe in words. probably the most cliche answer ever, but thats exactly my experience so.
