Elephant Memory

I always thought I had an elephant memory.

But these days I'm trying to focus on how to improve my memory.

The Seven Milestones Technique 

 

Step 1 - You choose 7 ordinary objects and put them in different places around your house. Recommended doing this 1 hour after you wake up in the morning, or later, depends on what kind of Job/Career you have.

Step 2 - 4 PM, you produce an inventory list and memorize where each object is at.

Step 3 - 9 PM, you extract each object and you Time your self.

The Finding Time is shortened parabolicaly within 60 days.
