Today had an important insight.

About good and evil and in between.

I have always played around this idea of good and evil.

Thought a lot about it

But never got to the bottom of it.

But today had a great insight after a long time.

Maybe my subconscious mind was always looking for the answers.

This post is the source of that insight.

To be frank most nice men are fake men. There are even memes on this. Nobody comes with a tag saying fake

It's like a person pretending to be nice so that you begin to trust them. Their true colors are only shown later.

Now the guys that you are talking about who don't want to hurt, I'd call them "genuine nice guys", however these men are quite rare. They either don't approach women that much, because they are not so much into gaming or they are just rare in terms of numbers.

Bad boys and genuine nice guys, both are rare, they are both at the opposite end of the spectrum, towards the last portion. Whereas the middle of the spectrum is filled with all the nice creepy men. Who are fake and pretend nice.

Bad boys are too brutal to deal with. So society deletes them. Genuine guys are easy to be scammed so they go out the other way.

Then we are left with the manipulators. Well such is life.

Evil and good are on the opposite ends of the spectrum.

What lies in between is a pool of destroyers or destructive people.

I always knew that there was something good to evil. Some good side

Evil is something Intimidating and strong and cruel that everyone is afraid of.

It's like the powers of Shiva and Kali fused together.

Everyone is afraid of evil. That's what evil is.. It's very powerful and pungent..

Nobody can be near evil just like nobody can be near God...

We can only pretend to be Good and too coward to become true evil

Because true evil needs courage...

Between evil and good is the predator prey dynamic.

Predator being punished by evil and prey being rescued  by God.

I knew that we have got it all wrong throughout mankind.

The devil is simply evil personified

It's the most scary entity to come across

Does the devil want us dead?

No. Does the devil wants us to escape all the chaos? Yes.

The Devil is the ruler of chaos.

He is the significant protagonist representing pure evil..

But why do people worship the devil?

Because the devil is who helps us understand our fears better?

It can be quite confusing, this whole evil devil thing with no clear answer in sight.. I have been fascinated by the idea of the Devil for the longest time..

The one that wants people to die is a malicious entity..

There has to be some reference somewhere in some culture about this..

/ˈdɪbʊk/

(in Jewish folklore) a malevolent wandering spirit that enters and possesses the body of a living person until exorcised is called dybbuk

That's the closest I can get to the  description of a malicious entity.

Who kills the dybbuk?

The Devil.

Ancient cultures always worshipped evil looking Intimidating looking deities

Why is that?

I'm hyper curious about these things..

Everytime I think about devil, I'm then in a direction where I feel like the notion of devil is ridiculous.

Then how does all of this make any sense?

It should and it does.

Yes the notion of the devil is tricky.

I might finally find peace with this subject that creates a lot of internal monologue in me.

So what is evil?

Evil according to me is something that generates fear and  accompanies punishment..

It's a part of judgement and retribution..

Then what happens when somebody manipulates you or has bad or impure intent?

What do you call that?

I  think there can be many things.

I can call it malice. I can call it hate. I can call it greed and vices.

I can call it the dark qualities.

Dark qualities give rise to dark intent.

Or I can simply call it malevolence.

And what's the personification for such traits?

I think the personification for malevolence is dybbuk.

I will call that entity a dybbuk.

I want to imagine this dichotomy.

You basically get fucked over by the middle part

The two ends are fine. God protects the innocent. And the Devil destroys the Malevolent.

The way to describe malevolence is to simply call it The Malevolent.
