Ear feels blocked

I also had this last year.

You could go to a ENT doctor, he gave me a nasal spray with something in it that kills all bacteria.

Also what could help is you close your nose with your fingers and create pressure in your ears (like you do it on a airplane) 3-5x times a day

It might be because of dry air. I had issues with breathing, drynesd in my nose and sometimes also blocked ears. Air humidifier solved those problems.

The might be also other issues like infections (I recommend taking astaxanthin daily), allergy and misaligned nasal septum.

Could it be a wax buildup? Do you use cotton buds to clean your ears?
