I'm literally gonna try and replicate this with a friend, not me as I do this kinda thing already, but he is Mr Beast incarnate;

Me ehhhh haha, we're gonna start small, budget like $2-300 and do small challenges here and there and then basically take 100% of money under 5k and invest right back into channel, over 5k we'll start taking 10-20% for ourselves, but keep pouring basically majority of it into the channel. In any case we give out a few grand at the end of the year and people are happy.
