Just a random journal on the Principles of War

The principle of work (the most important principle: when obvious ones like intelligence are held into account)

Title: How can a boulder of work that is so large and heavy rolling down a hill be stopped by mere intelligence, however large or small, when thee is merely an arrogant creatively impoverished human?

For as much as you should out-smart the enemy, much can be gained by simply out-working the enemy and therefore preparing beyond what is possible for them to prepare for. This is why it is the most important principle, for intelligence is obvious, but work, in the right direction of course which is implicit of intelligence, in the end is what makes victory certain and done right, inevitable. Inevitability is something to strive for, for the enemy often merely strives for hope.

The principle of having a Focused Target - Employing the long (haha) CPAOCCT-PI-T acronym I just today came up with.

A target is what directs the work as well as imbuing the mind with purpose, to live beyond fatigue by pushing further into reserves and growing the brain and body as a direct consequence, a focused target on the other hand accomplishes this as well as minimising risk and maximising the reward.

Prefacing this with the fact that strategy is not going to be a point at all in this journal simply because it’s just so obvious, if you don’t know that “winning”, “strategy”, “planning” and other vital things are important for war, war probably isn’t for you. Try bingo instead.

C - Clear
P - Precise
A - Accurate
O - Objectives
C - Compatibility
C - Context
T - Time and Timing (they’re different to one another)
PI - Prudent Intuition
T - Trust

Here are some examples of their meanings - improve the definition and elaboration of these overtime:

C - Clear:

  • Always be asking how can the target be made clearer. Let’s say you want to take over the world, that’s great but less Pinky and the Brain and more Michael Jordan and NBA championships, what kind of championship do you want to win in life is a clearer target than simply “taking over the world”, though the latter may be a starting point still don’t underestimate what seem like an overstatement. Even as a thought experiment the sentiment can be useful, but what you need to do is imagine what “taking over the world” actually looks like, what changes take place in your actualisation of this objective? How does the world look with you leading it? What are you going to start taking over and does it even start this way?
  • Can you even see your target? If not, you'll either literally or figuratively swing and miss. Can you visualise your target? If not try or if it’s not even visual associate visual symbology to that objective. The better you can either translate vagueness into vividness and or both into visual symbology, the more clear your target will become and thus the more real it will become to your conscious and subconscious mind.
  • Visualise the beginning, middle and end of your target. You want to build a story in your mind about all the possible events, prioritising most to least important using the rest of the titles of this acronym to aid in building this overall context. Of course, this will add to the implied (meaning it doesn't need to be mentioned as noted because its so obvious) planning phase that you will implement.
  • This is also where you can also have a mission statement, as stated (regarding the goal to reduce vagueness here), you could convert the simplicity of "taking over the world" into something that pacts a little more punch to state your intentions more clearly, "This war is dedicated to taking over the world to bring about an original sociocultural techno-political system called ENTOR (the hypothetical details of which are private to you) with the goal to create an entirely new human interplanetary civilisation".

P - Precise:

  • Always be asking how you could be making your target more precise, there's 9399-3234 but what area code? If you don't put in the area code you might be targeting the wrong state of the country.
  • Clarity is different to precision, say you’re in primary school and your target is to get into some aimless schoolyard fight with one of the bullies in school, its clear to say you want to get into a fight, its even clearer you want to fight a certain person, it’s precise to say I want to fight a certain person around these people, its even more precise to say that you want to do so at recess not lunch and with x fighting technique not y.

A - Accurate:

  • So you've got the right area code but even the number is correct but you weren't even meant to be targeting a phone number, instead you were meant to be sending an email!
  • Or let's say you're running a business, you had your clear objective of creating a fruit store, it was precise because you said you were going to start the business in x suburb at y cost/benefit ratio to you, however you should never have even started a fruit store in a desert! Cacti don't eat fruit stores! Secondly, starting a fruit store isn't even suited to your strengths! (this goes to compatibility as spoken about below)

O - Objectives:

  • Brainstorm as many objectives relating to the focused target as you possibly can

  • Does the target fall in line with your other mission objectives in life? If not, create a new target, if yes, list down some of the objectives relating to this target.
  • Even if it doesn’t conflict too much with other life objectives does following through with this target at that particular time conflict with other objectives surrounding the target? For example let’s say your on a military battlefield, if you take out an infantryman instead of searching for a sniper the sniper may just gun you down.

C - Context:

  • Psychological context — context is pretty straight forward but for example let’s take motivation - why are you doing what you’re doing, at this time, place, etc- this aspect is about knowing yourself as well as the target because its the target that’s informing your motivations at present, here you’re discovering what underpins those and potentially why as much as it is necessary.
  • Environmental context - For example what’t the environment relative to the target? This is where you look at threats and opportunities.
  • Geographical context
  • Physical context
  • Thematic context
  • Operational context
  • Life context
  • Etc

C - Compatibility:

— this principle also accounts for and or encompasses such ideas like risk, volatility and their management, because the latter is associated with intelligence which is as already noted implicit and the former two are an estimation

  • Ethics - is the target compatible with your ethics? If not, either refine, change the target or think more deeply about your ethics until they’ve adjusted to the point of including the target while not compromising the integrity of the ethics overall. Evolving ethics is fine if it does mean that said ethics of evolved as opposed to having gone through a devolution.
  • Power - Does the target have a stronger position compared to you? If yes you’re going to have to come up with another way of either defeating the target, working on your strength or finding a completely different target. For example, they may be more powerful technologically but you financially, or vice versa, however what is the overall power differential when we add those two together from either side?
  • Etc, etc - Any relevant category insert here, it changes from target to target

T - Time and Timing (they’re different to one another):

  1. Time
  • How long is the war going to take?
  • How long are each of the main objectives within the war going to take?
  • How is this target going to affect the future of my life?

     2. Timing

  • In what season of my life is this war occurring?
  • When is truly overall the best time to go for this target relative to my own lifespan and relative to the target itself if this is at all relevant?
  • Does the timing of this target conflict with the timing of other objectives and if so does it mean that the time needs to be postponed?
  • What are all the various timings that should be taken into consideration of the war overall and the best time to strike?

PI - Prudent Intuition

  • So everything is working great, you’ve got all the other indicators going but either something feels a little off (still) and this feeling is outside the context of being merely perfectionistic or its still time to dive a little deeper with intuition to discover things you didn’t know of before or to allow for intuition to just have its last say. Here, anything is possible, this is where you get creative and ask questions about the target/mission, objectives and anything else here in ways you hadn’t before to generate novel insights about this overall context.

T - Trust

  • So you’ve done your homework. This is one is pure and simple, trust it as much as you could trust anything else to a great extent. Other than concluding with this step as its needed continue to run through all of the above steps as an improvement feedback loop. This will improve your confidence on your direction forward which will translate into higher trust you have with your process.

The Principle of Heart

Cast the first stone, can you handle the blow back? Feel the dark echo of a voice you don’t recognise after you scream for help in a cave that you didn’t plan to be in. The sinking depths of the ocean slowly sinking your body to the bottom as the water envelops your lungs. The desperation felt in the desert sun as you dream of nirvanas after wandering the sands for 20 days seeking civilisation from the dunes. The capacity to move into the unknown and then to handle what the darkness of this invisible ethereality could throw back, can you feel it? Can you own it? Can you live in it calmly? Can you look at death in the eye and say, yes, take me but to life, I will own you. I will conquer you. How well can you handle the dark night and what unknown crawlers in a foreign reality can take you away from into their grasp without anything to fight back with. The whispers, the swooping of unknown flying predators. Feel the cuts and swipes at your leg coming from unknown directions, how much longer will you last? This desperate feeling of pressure all consuming as you’re responsible for directing the lives of men who have become good friends, you’ve learned of their families and the lives they’ve left behind and now you’re responsible for directing the conditions that may lead to their death without losing your grip on the value of human life. How can you bear this suffering without losing your heart? How can you maintain your heart enough to be the thing that enables you to move through the suffering? Not for anything other than to do so, to be so, to act for the mere surrendering to action. Predicated on no assumptions about life, no need for sacredness, no beliefs about life other than the truth of the consciousness that you inhabit and the heart that lives on without doubt nor no loss in conviction.

The Principle of Mental Power

The body only takes action according to the imagination of the mind, this is vital in order to comprehend the underlying structures that govern perception, knowledge and any beliefs that follow therein. The content of the world streams fourth into consciousness and from this point your mind attempts to manage those contents through its attentional, creative and other intellectual forces, through this said perception becomes something of perceptivity and such perceptivity of knowledge and potential beliefs. This process of conversion (from consciousness contents to knowledge say) has various levels and these levels corresponding with your perceived sense of consciousness. When you are laying down and contentless, the body is not moved at all until the mind comes up with an idea to move the body. But the mind must be possessed with an idea enough to want to move at all, and said possession often has to do with mental power. As mental power decreases, so too does the capacity to hold an idea in the mind enough to motivate the body to spring fourth to take action on said idea. This is a nuanced mechanism that plays out between mind and action that the knowledge of can provide you with a unique advantage, as not only does it reveal the relationship between mind and consciousness and thus through that, freedom in understanding the relationship between mental activity and bodily attachments (vice versa), it also directs you towards the necessity of prioritising activities that enhance your will while letting go of things that reduce your will here, this is inclusive of but not limited to activities that directly grow and shape your brain. This last point is a matter for your own creative expertise.

There is also the subject of mental resolution here which is important in understanding scope of mind and the flexibility of movement that the body can thus follow therein. As such directly to that point, mind equals world and your world is directly correlated with the actions you will take, so much so that you cannot take any actions that your imagination hasn't defined as your world. Thus to expand your world you must expand your mind, to expand your mind you must take resource in understanding and developing your mental power through your aforementioned expertise.

Think of mental resolution here as a scale from small to large, compare the ability of say an ant to a cat to a Labrador to a dolphin to an ape to a mentally handicapped human all the way up to someone of superior intelligence. Is it not strange then that resolution is correlated with mental power and power when coupled with the right kind of resolution physical action?

Thus merely focusing on the resolution of your picture will be important for not only moving the body but also developing the power of the mind. Blind folded chess is one example here, imagine if chess were seriously played via telekinesis and this ability was correlated with the ability to imagine chess pieces moving, now imagine that you were only able to move if you first imagined the move you wanted to make in chess and any other place, now you understand the relationship between mental resolution and mental power, mental power and physical action.

The goal: Grow your mind, own the world.

The end: Meeting your minds potential in the realm of power is meeting the end potential of your ability to govern your own personal world.

Clouds form in the sleepy mind
Wakefulness and the sun of mind appears
Slowly parting the thunder of the nights dreams into the dreams of thunder that will envelop the mind and being for the day
Knock on the castle door of what you want to will unexpectedly
Surround all the walls in advance
Stampede, show no mercy
And…
Win your war of mind

This is the most important for all of the principles of war:

The principle of scope, perspective, depth and breadth on life.

This includes yourself.

What war are you waging when you don't even have a reference frame for your own existence? Who is this "I"? Do you even understand narrative in the context of consciousness creation? What exactly is your reference frame for the emotions you're experiencing in the context of this war? How about life itself? Tell me. If you dare to, wage that war.

See the following two journals:

And how about your experienced contrast for existence itself, see the following journal.

(3)  Principles I'm Creating for Having a Journal

So you want to wage war when you haven't even got a clear picture, compass and informational data base on all the reference points for said conditions that led up to that design for a war, the war itself and what lives post this war?

Wow. Just another human you are then.

This is all going to be redesigned.

Perhaps all of it re-conceptualised from the lens of CREATIVITY as a foundational underpinning principle. That is to say that creativity itself is an act of war, that war without creativity is just chaos without order, and true creativity is always chaos and order, thus, the correct war to wage in the context of the overall outcome of creativity itself, is always simply an act of creativity. Further, that war without creativity emphasized, is peasantry, that war should be a spontaneous act of reason, thus strategy ancillary, and a planed act of chaos, thus a process of re-design foundational to the cause.

Thus what is war other than a subset to creativity, and if not creativity, a waste of the universe's resources?

I've decided that this is still a war.... But as nuanced. This is my destiny to maximise myself as much as possible here, it would be great if it were the same for others and for anyone else I inspire that's good enough. There is no delicacy in my philosophy here, I am as ruthless as ruthless can be:
