Possible glimpse?

I sat on a bench, isolated, and just sat there doing the hand observation exercise Leo does in his "what is actual" video. 

While looking (I kind of stare more than look) I got a flickering of white light. I was able to see my hand still, but all around was just white light. It happened again after that, just quick flickers. There were no lights around me, it has been cloudy all day.
