Awakening/Enlightenment Movies?

I've been looking for good movies (or games/anime) about awakening, ideally ones that aren't just metaphor but are literally about enlightenment, and I don't mean documentaries. Any suggestions?

Some of my own suggestions:

• Silence (2016) is a pretty good one. I'm not sure if it's intentionally trying to communicate awakening, but I certainly got the sense it was by the end.
• I'll add more if I think of any...

Journey is enlightenment in a game, not sure why you dont want metaphors since abstractions are the best way to communicate a message like this.

Metaphors for enlightenment are everywhere, and they tend to fly over the head of people who don't know anything about it beforehand. literal enlightenment by comparison is rather rare to find in media, and I'd say is better to share with newbies. People need to have a basis of explicit understanding before they can effectively take in the implicit.

"What dreams may come " with Robin Williams is the closest any movie has got to what happens after death and conveys the important message that we often construct our post-death experiences based upon beliefs acquired in life.

The Shack (2017) is a fantastic film where someone who lost his daughter encounters God, Jesus and The Holy Ghost and asks key questions. It is pretty amazing.
