Some words I can't get search results for in the forum

In the search at the upper right of the forum
I typed in various  words at random and got results for each word.
(as we know you have to wait about 15 seconds between doing another search for a given word) 
So after typing random words, results came up, pages where the searched word comes up 
But some words returned no results 

God
Everything 
Nothing 
Leo 

wondering if this is some sort of glitch
