Hello friends o/!

I have a problem; recently I replaced my broken mouse with a new one and it turns out it stops at random every 20 or 40 seconds or so and this is deeply disturbing; I thought I was enlightened but now I'm not so sure since the mouse stopping makes me feel frustrated.

Any advice?How can I renlighten myself while being under such pressure.
