Cool.  Something I'm still learning and seeing is that coming back to gratefulness day to day is its own spiritual practice and really can rewire this tendency to look at life from what is not right or even what can still improve.  At least for me, I was such in a cycle of whats not right or should be another way or could be better, and this was always a separation from being grateful and enjoying just whats happening.
