How do you ground yourself back into normal life after a solo retreat?

I'm having shifts in consciousness and having it hard to get back into everyday life. I've only done a three day solo retreat. What do you do in such situations? Everything is so intense. I got out of it 2 days ago, went outside to buy groceries, completely forgot that I will have a shift in consciousness hahahha. So then a friend advised me to take a long walk in nature so I did. That grounded me a little.

Nature, exercise, healthy food. Also, Yoga Nidra works wonders for working energy through the body and thereby grounding you.
Also, don't try to hold on to any "shift in consciousness". Just be here now. Don't make it harder to come back than it is :)
